鎂與1,2,4-苯三甲酸之配位聚合物的合成、結構解析、性質鑑定與熱發泡研究

Syntheses, Characterizations and Foaming Properties of Magnesium Coordination Polymers by 1,2,4-benzenetricarboxylic acid

摘要


本論文中,我們成功以1,2,4-苯三甲酸(H3BTC)為有機配位基,利用中溫水熱法及微波加熱法合成出8個以鎂為中心金屬的有機骨架,它們的分子式分別為: Li[Mg3(OH)(BTC)2(H2O)3]•4H2O (1), Na[Mg3(OH)(BTC)2(H2O)3]•4H2O (2), K[Mg3(OH)(BTC)2(H2O)3]•4H2O (3), Rb[Mg3(OH)(BTC)2(H2O)3]•3H2O (4), Cs[Mg3(OH)(BTC)2(H2O)3]•3H2O (5), (NH4)[Mg3(OH)(BTC)2(H2O)3]•3H2O (6), [Mg3(OH)(BTC)2(H2O)2]•H2O (7), 及 [Mg3(OH)(BTC)2(H2O)2]•0.5H2O• 0.5EG (8)。化合物1~6由硝酸鎂、1,2,4-苯三甲酸及BOH(B=Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs, NH4)合成。單晶X-ray繞射分析顯示化合物1~6由Mg3O14的SBU(secondary building unit)與BTC連結成三維的骨架結構。單價陽離子可以平衡化合物的電荷,含Na、K、Rb、Cs之化合物2~5加熱超過500℃會有發泡現象發生。且離子半徑的大小會影響結構內的溶劑含量。第二部分也是由相同的金屬及配位基合成,但得到的產物是以Mg4O18的SBU與BTC連接的三維骨架結構化合物7、8。以上的化合物除了以單晶X-ray繞射儀來鑑定其單晶結構外,還利用其它的分析工具如粉末X-ray繞射分析、元素分析、熱重分析、紅外光光譜、紫外-可見光吸收光譜、光激放光光譜和氣體吸附分析來研究所有化合物特性。

A series of magnesium coordination polymers, Li[Mg3(OH)(BTC)2(H2O)3]•4H2O (1), Na[Mg3(OH)(BTC)2(H2O)3]•4H2O (2), K[Mg3(OH)(BTC)2(H2O)3]•4H2O (3), Rb[Mg3(OH)(BTC)2(H2O)3]•3H2O (4), Cs[Mg3(OH)(BTC)2(H2O)3]•3H2O (5), (NH4)[Mg3(OH)(BTC)2(H2O)3]•3H2O (6), [Mg3(OH)(BTC)2(H2O)2]•H2O (7) and [Mg3(OH)(BTC)2(H2O)2]•0.5H2O• 0.5EG (8) (BTC = 1,2,4-Benzenetricarboxylate anion), were synthesized by solvothermal reactions and microwave synthesis. compounds 1~6 were synthesized between magnesium nitrate, BTC and BOH (B=Li,Na,K,Rb, Cs,NH4). The crystal structure analysis showed that compounds 1~6 have similar 3D framework which was connected by Mg3O14 SBU(secondary building unit) and asymmetric BTC. Monovalent cations in the compounds can balance the charge. Complexes of 2~5 containing Na、K、Rb、Cs showed the foaming phenomenon when heated above 500℃. Ion radii will also influence the amount of solvent molecules. In section two, we used same ligand and metal but got different framework 7 and 8 connected by Mg4O18 SBU and BTC. These complexes were also characterized by Powder X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, thermogravimetric analysis, IR spectroscopy, UV-VIS spectra, photoluminescence.
