摘要


近年來,隨著電腦科技的進步與無線通訊技術快速進步,使得無所不在的網路環境已實現在現實生活中,人們可隨時隨地存取網路上的服務與資訊,為使用者帶來更便利的生活,此概念也延伸至車載資通訊、手機應用等產業。 有鑑於無所不在運算的趨勢,本研究將此概念發展於旅遊應用,期望能提供在移動環境中使用者旅遊相關服務。然而,旅遊的過程中,周遭的情境會隨著位置、時間等因素不斷的變化而顯得相當複雜,人們的活動也會因周遭的情境而有所對應或限制,故本研究考慮環境的情境因素,推論出合適的活動提供使用者作為參考依據。 本研究目的在於建置一完整描述旅遊情境之本體架構,透過預先建置完整邏輯描述,根據使用者的情境資訊,推論出符合當時情境適合從事的活動,給予使用者適合的景點旅遊活動資訊。本研究的設計與規劃,有助於實踐智慧型情境感知之旅遊導覽系統,並提升資訊推薦的準確度。

In recent years, the rapid advances of computer and communication technologies make ubiquitous computing environment come true. People can access services and get information from the Internet anytime and anywhere. That is convenient for people’s daily life, especially for the applications of vehicle telematics and mobile commerce. According to the developing trend of ubiquitous computing, this study applies context-awareness concept to tourist applications. The purpose is to provide mobile users with tourism-related information. However, the difficulty is that the surrounding context will change during traveling, with respect to user’s current location, time and environment factors. Therefore, this study considers the combination of location-aware, time-aware, environment-aware, device-aware, personal-profile, social-profile, and activity-profile to infer appropriate context that the user is engaged in. And then, the recommend information will be adapted to the corresponding situation. This study aims to build a complete ontological structure for travel situations. By developing a complete logical description, the system can recommend appropriate information for tourism attractions according to the user's context and activity situation. This study also designs an ontology-based inference model to construct a context-aware tourism navigation system to improve the accuracy of recommended information.
