影響顧客關係管理系統資料品質問題之探討與分析

摘要


近年來多數企業面臨產業間與國際上彼此的競爭,在競爭壓力的環伺下,如何維持和顧客互動的深度更形重要。企業除了在產品本身上提昇優勢,更需要了解每一位顧客的想法和需求。因此,多數企業主選擇導入顧客關係管理系統,以期望藉此獲得更多顧客及維繫與顧客間長久的關係。但是,當許多企業如火如荼進行顧客關係管理系統導入的同時,卻往住忽視系統中資料的可靠性、完整性等品質因素,於是引發本研究對顧客關係管理系統中,影響資料品質因素之成因做探究。 本研究以國內一家從事資訊服務,並導入完整顧客關係管理系統之企業做為研究對象,目的在探討企業導入顧客關係管理系統後,影響系統資料品質的因素為何?面對影響的成因,企業有那些克服與因應之道。然而,經研究結果發現,影響資料品質的成因如下: 1.資料品質的優劣,其中的關鍵影響因素仍在於「人」對資料品質的控制。 2.企業要求良好的資料品質,取決於使用者是否能認同組織管理的理念。 3.當資訊基礎工程建構的越好,使用者對於使用系統的門檻越低,可以有助於企業提昇資料品質的程度。

Most of the enterprises face the competition both from inside the industry and outside the world in recent years. How to maintain and deepen the interaction with customers under this highly competitive pressure is getting more and more important. For an enterprise, to catch every customer's thingking and needs is as important as the promotion of its products. Therefore most business owners choose to implement customer relationship management system to get more business and maintain a longer relationship with customers. When so many enterprises proceed with the implementation of CRM system, they often ignore the reliability and the completeness of the data in this system which brings this research to study on the factors that influence the data quality. This research is based on a local IT company with a complete implementation of the CRM system. The purpose is to find out the factors which affact data quality after implementing CRM system and how to overcome these influences. The factors which affact data quality are as follows: 1.Qulity of the data with the key factor on the control method of the user. 2.High quality data comes from the user's identification with company's management concept. 3.When the IT infrastructure is more complete, it is easier for the user to use the system which helps to upgrade the data quality.
