本研究旨在探討桃園縣國民中學教師對於國教輔導團運作模式與組織效能的知覺程度,並以數學輔導團為主要探討的對象。分析桃園縣各國中數學科教師對數學輔導團的認知程度及差異性,同時根據研究問卷探討數學輔導團實施現況,以及可能遭遇的問題及困境,最後根據研究結果提出相關建議。 本研究採問卷調查法,以分層比例隨機抽樣,抽取桃園縣立23所國民中學與280位國中數學教師,回收有效問卷為255份,有效問卷回收率為91%,問卷資料以t考驗、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關等統計方法,進行分析與處理。本研究主要發現如下: 一、桃園縣國中數學教師對數學輔導團「運作模式」知覺程度在「中上程度」。 二、桃園縣國中數學教師對數學輔導團「組織效能」知覺程度在「中上程度」。 三、學士學歷、第二專長、教師兼行政人員、任教數學科班級數一班、每學期參與校外數學研習次數4次以上之桃園縣國中數學教師,對數學輔導團「運作模式」具有較高的知覺程度。 四、31~40歲、學士學歷、每學期參與校外數學研習次數4次以上之桃園縣國中數學教師,對數學輔導團「組織效能」具有較高的知覺程度。 五、桃園縣國中數學教師對數學輔導團「運作模式」與「組織效能」之知覺程度達顯著正相關。 最後,根據研究結果提出建議,以供教育行政機關、數學輔導團與輔導員、國民中學學校與數學教師以及後續研究者之參考。
The purpose of this study was to delve into the junior-high school teachers’ perception of the organizational operations and performance of Taoyuan County Compulsory Education Advisory Group of Mathematics(CEAGM), and to analyze Taoyuan County junior high school teachers’ viewpoints towards the CEAGM and the differences among them , to investigate the problems and plight. the CEAGM may encounter and finally to make suggestions according to research results. The research method is mainly a questionnaire survey. Stratified randon sampling method was adapted to sample 280 teachers from 23 junior-high schools in Taoyuan County and 255 valid samples were produced, with valid sample rate of 91%. Moreover, the survey data was analyzed with descriptive statistic, t-test, single factor ANOVA and Pearson product-momet. The main conclusions of the study were as follows: 1. Junior high school teachers’ perception of organizational operations of Compulsory Education Advisory Group of Mathematics in Taoyuan County are above the middle level. 2. Junior high school teachers’ perception of organizational performance of Compulsory Education Advisory Group of Mathematics in Taoyuan County are above the middle level. 3. Teachers of bachelor degree, second specialty qualifications, with part-time administration chores, teaching one mathematics class and participates studies of professional development thoroughly above four times in a semester, have generally higher degree of perception of Compulsory Education Advisory Group’s organizational operations. 4. Teachers of aged between 31 and 50, bachelor degree, and Participates studies of professional development thoroughly above four times in a semester, have generally higher degree of perception of Compulsory Education Advisory Group’sorganizational performance. 5. There is a positive correlation between junior high school teachers’ perception of the organizational operations and performance of Taoyuan County Compulsory Education Advisory Group of Mathematics. Based upon the above conclusions, the researcher offers several related suggestions to the education authority, Compulsory Education Advisory Group, junior schools, advisory group members, junior-school teachers and the subsequent researchers.
