基於綠色環保、節能減碳之政策與時代趨勢,本論文將設計及製作一個半橋LLC諧振切換電源供應器以驅動AC LED燈。電源供應器的前級為主動式功率因數修正器,用來提升整個驅動器之功率因數;後級為半橋LLC諧振切換電源供應器,藉由適當的諧振電路設計、零電壓切換及同步整流技術達到高效率電源供應器之目的。 本論文將對半橋LLC諧振切換轉換器利用變壓器之激磁感及漏感進行諧振的工作模式進行分析與探討,確保轉換器達到降低切換損失及改善電磁干擾的現象,並用以作為元件的採用與諧振電路的設計。最後實際製作出一寬輸入電壓AC 85 V~ 265 V 具有高功率因數的LLC 諧振切換電源供應器,輸出瓦數200W,並利用實驗結果驗證所提出之架構的可行性。
Based on the trend and policy of the green energy, this thesis proposes a two-stage high efficiency AC LED driving circuit design. The front-stage is a boost power factor corrector (PFC) to improve the input power factor and decrease current harmonics. The rear-stage is a half-bridge LLC resonant switching power supply circuit. By proper design of the resonant circuit, zero voltage switching (ZVS) and synchronous rectification techniques, the goal of high efficiency power supply has been achieved. This thesis will analyze and discus the resonant operating mode of the transformer magnetizing inductance and the leakage inductance. Then used appropriate component selection and resonant circuit design, reduce the switching converter losses and improve the phenomenon of electromagnetic interference. A 200W high power factor half-bridge LLC resonant switching power supply with universal voltage input AC voltage (85V~265V) is built. The experimental results verify the feasibility of the propose system.
