進年來由於全球工業的高度發展,造成環境污染與能源短缺的問題日益嚴重,因此開發再生能源勢在必行,而風力發電已慢慢從輔助能源轉為主力能源之ㄧ,其應用不斷擴大範圍。 本論文中旨在對一小容量低轉速的外轉子軸向磁通永磁風力發電機進行設計與探討,應用直接驅動原理,不需經過齒輪箱傳動器,使風機可以有效率高、維修成本低、投資報酬率高等優點。定子繞組部分採用無槽無鐵芯式的設計,可確實達到低啟動扭力、降低頓轉扭矩、磁通漣波等損耗。本研究期望在風速不大的低轉速233rpm 情況下,發電量可到達2kW,容量為一般家庭所需,正好符合都市小型風機的需求,接上負載,觀察發電機在不同轉速下之開路電壓、負載特性與電壓調整率。
In recent years, due to the high degree of global industrialization, environmental pollution and energy shortages, it is imperative to develop renewable energy. Wind power has gradually become an unavoidable choice of energy. So the design of wind power energy system is urgently needed. The purpose of this research is to design a small scale and low speed AFPM (Axial Flux Permanent Magnet) wind turbine generator. Use direct drive method to eliminate the gearbox. So the wind turbine generator can have the advantages of high efficiency, low maintain cost, and easy installation. In this design, the stator is slotless and coreless. It can achieved low starting torque, low cogging torque, and low flux ripple. It can achieved 2kW output. The open circuit voltages, load characteristics, and voltage regulations in different speeds are measured, and the results are also discussed.
