本論文提出一種獨立型單相太陽能光伏換流器。系統的充電儲能裝置由功率增量-增量電導最大功率追蹤(PIINC-MPPT)搭配反馳轉換器和電池而組成,而電池、直流-直流推挽升壓轉換器及直流-交流全橋換流器組成輸出級。單極性正弦波波寬調變(SPWM)採用作為換流器的驅動信號,所提的電壓回授控制電路可以穩定輸出電壓。系統分析與設計均做詳細探討。最後並研製一1kW獨立型單相太陽能光伏換流器以驗證理論的估測,實驗結果證實本裝置的性能和預測值極為接近。
In this thesis, a stand-alone single-phase PV inverter is proposed. The energy stored system consists of a battery and a flyback converter with a new power-increment based incremental conductance maximum power point tracking (PIINC-MPPT). The output stage is composed of a battery, a push-pull boost converter, and a full-bridge inverter. A unipolar sinusoidal pulse-width modulation (SPWM) is adopted as a driver signal of the full-bridge inverter, and the voltage feedback can stable output voltage for the load. System analysis and design are conducted in detail. Finally, a 1kW stand-alone single phase PV inverter is designed and realized to assess the estimation. The experiment result shows better performance close to the predictions.
