本論文之研究主要是針對太陽能電池模組廠的個人防護用具進行探討,由於現有可運用的能源逐漸耗盡,綠能產業逐漸被各國政府所重視而開始大量採用,因此國內各家廠商莫不視為龐大的商機而紛紛搶進,卻在競相擴廠的過程中忽略了太陽能電池模組廠的危害性。 有鑑於此,本研究中先將太陽能電池的製造程序與半導體製造程序進行比較分析,並藉由研究中的案例公司實際導入職業安全衛生管理系統時,實際鑑別出具危害性的作業,以此評估及規劃個人防護用具供相關單位使用。從太陽能電池廠的建廠階段、系統測試階段、生產運轉階段不同的階段,探討不同的危害及安全防護需求,再細分為供應端(廠務系統)、使用端(機台設備)、操作端(現場人員)為三大區塊進行製程危害的分析及探討;同時也把製程當中所使用的原物料、製程產生的副產品、到最後的維修保養/末端處理一併納入考量,以期能夠評估的更為完整周延。在了解及評估完成製程當中可能產生的危害之後,再就個人防護用具的防護等級、防護部位、防護效能及設置、維護管理…等費用進行總體考量及評估的探討。而文中將個人防護用具的供應與管理以建立料號的方式提供現場使用及建立安全庫存量,以符合現廠需求,而所採購的個人防護用具也與緊急應變所需之防護用具加以結合,以求能夠發揮出最大的使用效益,也更能保護人員生命財產的安全。
The study in this paper for solar module plant to explore the personal protective equipment, due to the existing availability of depleted energy, green energy industry increasingly valued by governments and used in large quantities, so as various domestic manufacturers who did not for the huge business opportunities clamoring to get into, but in the process of expansion race ignored the dangers of solar module plant. For this reason, this study first solar cell manufacturing processes and semiconductor manufacturing processes for comparative analysis, and case studies by the company's actual import occupational safety and health management system, the actual identification issued by the dangers of the job, to assess and planning of personal protective equipment for the unit to use. Stage of the plant from solar-cell factory, the system testing phase, different stages of the production operation stage to explore the different hazards and security needs, and then sub-divided into supply-side (factory service system), use the side (machine equipment), operating side (on-site staff) for the three blocks for process hazard analysis and discussion; but also the process which uses raw materials, process byproducts, in the end of the maintenance / end of the treatment be taken into account in order to assess the more complete comprehensive. To understand and evaluate the complete process, after which the harm that may arise, and then on the level of protection of personal protective equipment, protective position, performance and protection settings, such as costs of maintenance and management ... to consider and evaluate the overall discussion. The text will be the supply of personal protective equipment to build and manage the delivery of material number field use and to establish safety stock to meet current plant needs, and procurement of personal protective equipment and emergency response are also required to be combined with protective equipment, in order to be able to play the greatest efficiency in the use, and better able to protect human life and property.
