企業因應長尾需求之行銷策略研究(以矽晶圓廠商為例)

摘要


中文摘要 已經在台灣深耕已久的半導體產業,經過政府的大力推行,國內外人才的培訓與紮 根,像是新竹科學園區的建立,就是最好的典範,如今是政府策略中的「兩兆雙星」目 標之一。 然而在這競爭激烈的半導體市場,其台灣矽晶圓廠商如何有效經營,不易退出市 場,永續經營與獲取最高利益之原則,就顯得格外重要了。且就台灣科技廠商的營運壽 命,平均時間超過十年的廠商,可稱得是績優廠商了,凸顯科技廠商汰換率之高。 本研究以分析半導體產業中,上游產業之矽晶圓廠商在因應長尾需求的市場中,所 需要注意的、關切的行銷策略,並在這競爭激烈的半導體上中下游產業鏈中,給予相關 業者參考與建議。

Abstract It has long roots in Taiwan semiconductor industry, the government's vigorous implementation, training and talent to take root at home and abroad, such as the establishment of the Hsinchu Science Park, is the best example of the government strategy in the "Two Trillion, Twin Stars" target one. However, in this highly competitive semiconductor market, Taiwan's silicon wafer manufacturers are how to effectively operate and continually to exist the market, and access to the best interests of sustainable management principles, it is particularly important. And Taiwan's technology companies could operate on the life of the average for more than ten years, can be said to have a blue-chip companies, and highlights the replacement rate of high technology companies. In this study, analysis in the semiconductor industry, upstream of the silicon wafer manufacturers in response to long-tail demand market, needs to pay more attentions and concerns the marketing strategy, and in this highly competitive industry chain of semiconductor, to give the relevant reference and recommendation.
