摘要


本文研究SPC統計製程控制應用統計方法的監測和控制的過程,監控於研磨的實際方案,以確保它工作在充分發揮其潛力。使用加速規測量主軸振動,帶入SPC統計製程控制來偵側過程中的變異,探討在不同的參數下,根據統計製程分析加以比較各參數對成品結果的影響,尋找可能會產生影響品質的產品及動作可以檢測和糾正,從而減少加工過程所產生不良影響導致浪費成品。 該測量系統用於收集機器主軸振動數據的探測裝置,在微秒之內的微米的振動。測量時,加速規必須完全水平沿機殼面放置,確保每一個點沿著這條平坦具有完全相同的Z軸偏移。經過大量的試驗和進給軸的移動下的各種條件,完整的分析獲得的數據進行分析 實驗結果可區分出不同條件下有不同之反應,如故障、警告、操作說明提示等,好的人機介面會幫助使用者更簡單、更正確、更迅速的操作機械,也能使機械發揮最大的效能並延長使用壽命。本文使用LabVIEW做為人機介面的基礎平台,帶入SPC製程能力分析及統計分析之公式並將此方法利用LabVIEW做成人機介面,可利用電腦操作,不需在利用紙筆紀錄,方便操作及管理。

In this paper, SPC statistical process control application of statistical methods forprocess monitoring and control, monitoring on the ground of practical programs to ensure that it works at its full potential. Using accelerometers measure the shaftvibration, into the SPC statistical process control to detect side of the processvariation, explore the different parameters, according to the statistical processanalysis to compare the various parameters on the product affect the results, looking for may impact the quality of the product and action can be detected and corrected, thus reducing the process leading to adverse effects arising from wasteproducts. The measuring system used to collect data in the machine spindle vibrationdetection device, within microseconds of micron vibration. Measurement, theaccelerometer must be placed perfectly level surface along the chassis, ensure that each point along this flat with the same Z-axis offset. After a lot of trial and the axis of movement under various conditions, a complete analysis of data obtainedfor analysis The results can distinguish different under different conditions of reaction, and this method made of man-machine interface using LabVIEW can be used to operatethe computer without the use of pen and paper record to facilitate the operationand management.
