現今企業往往為了追求新開發之產品上市的速度,於開發過程中常常忽略了品質以及未來可靠度的問題。為了可以使新產品開發更順暢,品質更好,因此本研究以汽車產業在新產品開發時所運用的先期產品品質規劃(Advanced Product Quality Planning, APQP)為基礎,建構新產品開發(New Product Development)流程,定義出各階段細部工作項目並加上設計六標準差(Design For Six Sigma, DFSS)與卓越設計(Design For eXcellence, DFX)的概念。以JDM (Joint Design Manufacture)伺服器產業開發新產品為例,透過本研究所建構之流程以確保新產品開法的時效與品質,並且使用了DFX、DFMEA、DOE以及SPC統計製程管制之工具,讓整體開發成本降低約20%,並證實可供JDM伺服器產業導入應用。
In order to catch products launch schedule, enterprise sometimes ignore quality and reliability issue. To make the development of new products smoother and upgrade better quality, this study constructs New Product Development based on mobile industry methodology, Advanced Product Quality Planning, APQP to define detail items in each stage and combine six sigma Design For Six Sigma, DFSS and Design For Excellence, DFX concept. This research will take JDM (Joint Design Manufacture) new server product as case study, then prove this methodology could work and ensure product quality and timing meet target, and also used some tools, such as DFX, DFMEA, DOE and SPC statistical process control, let overall development costs decrease about 20%, and confirmed this process could be application to JDM server industry.
