摘要


摘要 本技術報告主要介紹的方向有下列幾項 : 1.老化房硬體架構介紹 : 本章節將會對硬體設施等做初步簡介。2.針對IC撰寫韌體的控制介紹 : 本章節將會對Microchip 16F887作韌體控制功能與程式架構的介紹。3. Labview軟體測試編寫架構介紹與資料庫查詢 : 介紹軟體通訊與資料庫查詢功能。由於現今的科技時代,隨處可見由IC控制的產品,任何一個控制IC都可以使用在老化房的基礎架構上,而測試驗證確是幫公司產品品質把關的最後一道防線,如果這條防線饋散了,那公司的整個前景就會有所堪慮,所以我決定就以此一方向做為我技術報告的研究範疇。 此份技術報告將交代整個老化房硬體架構做了介紹,並對IC內部韌體程式規劃定義偵測電壓、電流、溫度控制等以及bootloader的程式區塊作定義以防止重新燒錄時浪費的時間等。PC端為整個系統的人機介面,Labview收集的系統運行狀態如各單機的運轉狀態,各測溫點溫度,報警狀況並顯示在監控畫面上,又把各種操作命令傳給RS-485由于RS-485通訊鏈路傳輸距離遠、配線簡單、抗干擾能力強、可靠性高,因此在設計中,我們省略了變頻器的外部起停控制線路,對變頻器的所有控制都通過RS-485通訊鏈路來完成,達到了經濟高效的目的。以此控制系統的運行,如溫度的設定,開關機時間設定,各種功能的開閉,變壓器的啟動、停止等設定。並且可以即時監控整個系統的工作運行狀態、動作過程及故障報警等,還可以根據產品老化狀況時刻信號採集,並自動記錄下產品整個老化過程信息、老化完成後可隨時調出任何一台機老化過程中的信號輸出數據保存或列印。再加上測試的條件很容易受到外來的因素所影響,例如 : 溫度、雜訊、各機台的穩定度﹒﹒﹒﹒等,所以除了韌體程式的編寫是個難題外,測試程式的除錯也是一個很重要的課題,所以如何將產品順利的出貨到各個國家,公司內部最後一道防線絕對不可以馬虎,所以這個技術報告帶給我很大的成就感以及各種學習領域,也是讓我決定拿來做畢業報告的原因。

Abstract This technical report will cover following subjects: 1、Introduction to the hardware structure of burning room: this chapter will preliminarily brief the hardware facility 2、Introduction to control over programming firmware for IC: this chapter will introduce Microchip 16F887 in terms of the control function of firmware and the architecture of program 3、Labview software and architecture of editing test and database query: introduce function of software communication and database query With the advancement on technologies nowadays,products controlled by ICs are everywhere. Any of a control IC can be used in the infrastructure of a burn-in room. However,test and validation holds the very last line of product quality for the company,if this line were to crash,the future of a company will be endangered. Therefore I decided to focus on this domain as the research scope of my technical report. This technical report will cover the full infrastructure of a burn-in room and planning on firmware program in the IC by defining detection on voltage,current,temperature control and defines the program block of bootloader to prevent waste of time on data re-writing. On PC side,it is a complete system of human machine interface. Labview collects the status of system operation,for example,the temperature reading of each sensing points,system alerts and projects them on the monitor and sends commands via RS-485. Due to RS-485 communication having long transmitting distance,easy routing,high anti-interference,high reliability,in system design,we can skip start and stop control circuit of frequency switch. Let all the control on frequency switch done by RS-485 communication to achieve high effectiveness on money-saving. System operation can be control by it,for instance,setting on temperature,timer for system on/off control,on/off control on all sort of functions as well as turning on or off the converter. In addition,it can monitor and control the system operation over the status of job execution,processing,failure alert and so on. Also,it can intermittently collect signals basing on the status of aging process on product under test and automatically record messages in the entire aging process. After aging process completed,output signal in the aging process of any of the machine can be extracted (captured) for data saving and printing.In addition,test conditions can be influenced by external factors,for example,temperature,ripple noise,stability of the machine and so on. Therefore,not only editing firmware program is a big problem,but also debugging on test program a critical issue. What can we do in order to smoothly ship out products worldwide? It lies in building up a robust defense line in the company with great care. Thus,this technical report brings me a sense of great achievement and leads me to different domains and that is the very reason I chose it as my final report that qualifies me for graduation.
