陽壓呼吸器進階型檢測技術分析

摘要


專利為當發明或創作出一種新的物品或方法,而這種新的物品或方法是可以被重複實施生產或製造,也就是可供產業上利用時,為了保護專有權益,應向政府提出申請,經過審查認為符合專利法的規定,給予申請人在一定期間享有專有排除他人未經其同意而製造、為販之要約、販賣、使用或為上述目的而進口該物品或該方法直接製成物品之權。 本論文內容在於陽壓呼吸器檢測技術相關專利查詢、分析、研究,並建立此陽壓呼吸器檢測技術之專利地圖,以瞭解其中專利技術的分門別類,並尋求此些專利技術之規避空間,進而預測此陽壓呼吸器檢測技術之未來專利走向,突破專利技術之門檻,提升自我競爭優勢。 本研究以相關於陽壓呼吸器檢測技術之關鍵字進行專利檢索約158篇相關專利,並以此些專利做為本論文之研究標的,藉由系統化之分析模式,將該專利以專利地圖模式呈現。

Patent when the invention or to create a new article or method and the new items or methods can be repeated implementation of the production or manufacture, It is available for industrial use and in order to protect the proprietary should be submit an application to the Government, after the review considers the Patent Law give the applicant had the proprietary in a certain period time. The content of this paper is CPAP detection technology patent search、analysis、study and establishment of this CPAP detection technology patent map to understand which categories of patented technology and seek some patented technology circumvent space and predict the future of this positive pressure respirator detection technology patent trend and breakthrough the threshold of a patented technology to enhance self-competitive advantage. In this study, related to CPAP detection technology keyword to search about 158 patents and patents as research the subject of this thesis to analysis of system model let the patent to the patent map mode .
