自20世紀80年代以來供應鏈管理廣泛的被記載,永續供應鏈管理解決許多問題。最近幾十年有許多在該領域的研究,但直到最近,在研究上與實施上遇到不少挑戰。主要的原因是缺少知識、經驗和工具,在與環境和社會有時相容或不符合,本文考慮到永續發展和供應鏈的概念去做更深入的了解,採用理論和分類去填補研究上的落差,來探索永續供應鏈管理實施上影響的因素。使用文獻回顧和分析方法,以更深入地了解和理解這概念和做法,然後提供關於企業如何去實踐,以提高競爭力的例子。本論文提供一個概念模型包括五個因素測試,強調導入永續供應鏈管理的落實,設計問卷並透過電子郵件發送給在學術界和產業界的研究人員和管理人員。比較台灣和越南之間供應鏈管理和永續供應鏈管理的實施上,收集數據且分析和測試概念模型的可靠性。本論文旨在管理人員及產業工作者的詳細提供,來了解永續供應鏈管理相關的決策所涉及的問題和取捨。
The term of supply chain management has widely first recorded since 1980s, sustainability apparel addressed into supply chain management as for benefits. Many researches in the fields are recorded through the decades, but until recent there are many challenges for closing the loop in both researches and practices. The main reasons are missing requirements for knowledge, experiences and tools, behavior in terms of environment and social sometimes profit-compatible and sometimes not. This thesis considers to both Sustainability and Supply chain conceptual to make a deeper look into an emerged theory and to distribute in full filling in the research gaps by exploring the effect of factors on Sustainable Supply Chain Management practices. Using a literature review and analysis methodologies to make a deeper look and a nuance understand into their conceptual and practices. This thesis then provides a conceptual model included five factors tested strongly influent on Sustainable Supply Chain Management practices, a questionnaire designed and emailed to researchers and managers studying and working in the schools and companies in over the world. This thesis aims to provide managers and industry practitioners with a nuanced understanding of issues and trade–off involved in making decisions related to sustainable supply chain management.
