孔洞性金屬有機骨架的新穎合成與形貌控制研究

摘要 在本論文研究第一部分是以伸長有機分子長度的策略,採用配位基(ligand) 4,4-二苯乙烯二羧酸(4,4'-stilbenedicarboxylic acid, H2SDC); (cis-4,4'- stilbenedicarboxylic acid, H2ZSDC),合成出三個新穎的孔洞性金屬有機骨架(Metal-Organic Frameworks, MOFs)化合物,它們的分子式分別為: [Ga(OH)(SDC)]…………..........(1) [In(OH)(SDC)]…………...........(2) [Al(OH)(ZSDC)]…………........(3) 在化合物的鑑定上,以粉末X-ray繞射儀來鑑定其結構外,並利用SEM觀察材料外觀與尺寸;以及熱重分析、紅外光光譜、吸脫附儀,來探討化合物特性。 在本論文研究第二部分是溶劑MeOH / DMF / H2O之不同比例調配來合成ZIF8-90-X%(X以ZIF-90的配位基,OHC-IM所佔比例),控制ZIFs材料之外觀與粒徑大小(1000 nm左右),所得到的化合物為: ZIF8-90-100% ZIF8-90-0% ZIF8-90-30% ZIF8-90-50% ZIF8-90-70% 在此ZIF系列的鑑定,以粉末X-ray繞射儀來鑑定其結構外,並利用SEM與TEM觀察材料尺寸形狀和顆粒大小,粒徑分析儀測量粒徑分佈,熱重分析以及氣體吸脫附儀,來探討化合物特性。

Abstract A series of porous metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) of [Ga(OH)SDC] (1), [In(OH)SDC] (2), [Al(OH)(ZSDC)] (3) (H2SDC = 4,4'-stilbenedicarboxylic acid), (H2ZSDC = cis-4,4'-stibenedicarboxylic acid) were synthesized under solvothermal reactions. These complexes have been characterized by the powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and gas adsorption measurements. Zeolitic imidazole frameworks (ZIFs) are an important class of nano-porous MOFs that exhibit zeolite-like structural topologies. Controlling the pore sizes and shapes of ZIFs are of paramount importance for a particular application. In this regard, we have synthesized the ZIF-8-90-X% (X = OHC-IM loading) by reacting Zn(NO3)2•6H2O with 2-imidazolecarboxaldehyde (OHC-IM) and 2-methylimidazole (2-MeIM) under room temperature. We have successfully controlled the size and morphology of the porous coordination polymer ZIF-8-90-X% (X=OHC-IM loading) by adjusting the ratio of the solvents (N,N’-dimethylformamide, methanol, and deionized water) which were used to synthesize the ZIF8-90: ZIF8-90-100% ZIF8-90-0% ZIF8-90-30% ZIF8-90-50% ZIF8-90-70% The synthesized ZIF8-90 has been characterized by the aid of PXRD, SEM, transmission electron microscope (TEM), partical size analyzer, TGA and gas adsorption measurement.
