摘要

本研究以1996至2004年台灣半導體產業中發明人為研究對象。本文主要在檢視發明人移動與創新績效之間的關係。本研究結果顯示，集團內發明人移動後從事探勘活動的創新績效較未移動發明人為佳。

This study uses inventors in Taiwan’s semiconductor industry during the period 1996-2004 as research sample. This study examines the relationship between inventor mobility and innovative performance. The results of this study show that inventors moving within the organization to do the exploitation activity have better innovation performance than non-moving inventors do.
