本研究係針對背光模組產業進行產業結構、產業現況和產業上、下游進行瞭解,以五力分析及策略理論等架構,分析現今背光模組產業所面臨的挑戰及提出建言。以個案研究的方式,大量收集次級資料作歸納分析,探討廠商在產業競爭激烈之環境下,如何建立競爭優勢,規劃因應環境的策略方向。 經由本研究之探討歸納出如下結論: 一、 背光模組產業的關鍵成功因素為低成本管銷,高品質彈性的服務與以獨特技術建立出差異化及良好的品質保證。 二、 歸納分析個案廠商之競爭優勢、策略演進軌跡及長期風險,作為廠商優勢建立及策略制訂之參考。 三、 提供建議給其他廠商作為建立競爭優勢及擬定策略方向的參考,以提高產業競爭優勢,維繫整體產業競爭力。
The purpose of this research is to realize the structure of backlight module industry, the current situation and the suppliers. Analyze current challenges of backlight industry by using structure of five force analysis and strategy theory. According to the specific case, collect large number of secondary sources to explore how corporations strengthen advantages to compete in a fierce environment, and find out the right strategies to response in different situation. This research summarizes following conclusion: 1 - key reason to the successful of backlight module industry are low management marketing costs, high flexible quality services to establish difference and good quality assurance by using unique technology. 2 - summarize and analyze competitive advantage, evolution of strategies and long-term risks on specific case for corporation advantage establishing and setting up strategy reference. 3 - provide suggestions to corporations as solution to establishing competitive advantage and setting direction of strategy. The purposes are to improve competition advantage and keep competitive to whole industry environment.
