語用學及電子聯絡簿運用於親師互動的研究

摘要


在社會逐漸進步、資訊爆炸的時代,教育現場不再是如同象牙塔一般的封閉,而是漸漸的隨著時代的轉變而開放,家長能夠參與自己孩子的學習也越來越容易,並且在家長學歷的逐漸提昇之下,家長對於自己孩子在學校被老師所指導、管教、輔導的方式也有的許多不同的看法。所以如何建立一個有效的親、師溝通的管道,在現今的教育現場刻不容緩,也為了使家長更願意參與孩子的學習情況,如何使家長更積極的與老師互動,也是一個重要的議題。 本研究根據Searle、Bales和Hoppe的語用學言語行為理論作基礎,定義了七種語用行為分類。將舊有的學生家庭聯絡簿中的親、師留言資料,分教師及家長的留言互動行為加以分類編碼,透過資料探勘中關聯規則分析的方法,找出教師及家長的互動行為模式。以Support為4%,Confidence為50%,共搜尋出28筆關聯性規則,並以此28筆關聯性規則,應用於目前學年度之班級家庭聯絡簿中,檢驗得到查準率自40%到100%,查全率自4.35%到69.57%,所以可說明在不同學年度的親、師溝通對話中,其言語行為模式亦吻合這些關聯性規則,以「T說明→P答覆」、「P說明T說明→P詢問」、「T答覆→P詢問」這三條關聯性規則來說,其查全率及查準率皆大於50%,表示在親、師溝通當中是教師及家長所經常使用的言語行為模式,若是能夠善用此模式,能夠提供教師作為增進與家長溝通行為的參考。本研究亦開發e-School電子家庭聯絡簿,並由教師語3位家長實際於學期當中使用,不僅教師使用、管理十分容易;家長的操作容易上手,其便利性亦有十分顯著的效果,改除了舊式紙本家庭聯絡簿的缺點,增進了家長瞭解孩子學校學習情況的即時性及完整性。 未來將關聯性規則的語用行為,應用於e-School電子家庭聯絡簿,使得教師、家長之間能夠增進溝通的頻繁程度,互相研究討論孩子的教養問題;並透過電子聯絡簿的開發,善加利用手持式通訊設備,應用在現在的教學現場當中,提昇教師的教學品質,增加家長的參與機會,改善孩子的學習環境。

With the progress of society and technology, educational is no longer a closed system. Parents’ participation in their children's learning becomes easier. Parents with higher educational background have different opinions about how teachers discipline their children in school. Therefore, it is now even more urgent for teachers to build up efficacious teacher–parent communication so that parents can participate in their children's learning more willingly and interact with teacher more effectively. This study applied the theory of pragmatics and speech act to classify the dialogue between teachers and parents. Then the study used the method of association rules in data mining to find an active module of teacher-parents communication and help teachers increase parents’ participation in children’s learning. Furthermore, the study built a handheld internet homebook platform in handheld communication devices to provide teachers and parents with a cloud communication platform. Teachers could release information of student homework, learning status, and general affairs announcement, etc. Parents could understand the learning progress of their own children and communicate with teachers through the platform. The interaction between teachers and parents is unrestricted by time, space and place. Without the limitation of time and space, the instant communication, cloud meeting room platform, could shorten the distance of teacher and parents. We found out 28 rules of association rules from the teacher-parents dialogue on the student homebook last year, and examined these rules with the teacher-parents dialogue this year. We found the precision was from 40% to 100%, and the recall was from 4.35% to 69.57%. The result showed the association rules coincided with different teacher-parents communication and it can be provided to teachers as reference. We also built an E-School homebook system and put it into use by teacher and parents this year. Its convenience and easy-to-use device remarkably eliminated the shortcoming of the traditional paper student homebook and noticeably improved the immediateness and completeness of parents’ participation in children’s learning progress. The study showed that teachers could receive frequent and timely response from parents under the conditions of the association rules. And with the handheld internet homebook, teachers could effectively enhance the quality of teaching, increase the participation of parents and improve the learning environment of students.
