摘要 關鍵詞:硬性格網、玻纖格網、夾具、單肋強度試驗、結點強度試驗 近年來,由於地工格網施工簡單、造價低廉、用地省、吸能耐震、經濟並能達到安全之要求,在土木工程加勁土壤之應用上,已廣受國內外土木工程界之肯定與青睞,所以有必要對地工格網之性質進行更進一步研究與分析。 地工格網藉由進行單肋強度試驗以及結點強度試驗,獲得欲測試體之強度參數,以ASTM D6637、GRI-GG2規範作為試驗之依據,採用Instron萬能試驗機進行試驗。不同的夾具配合試驗方法,會對試驗結果造成莫大的影響。 本研究將選用玻纖格網與單向硬性格網,搭配油壓型夾具進行單肋強度試驗,以及搭配兩種不同的結點夾具對單向硬性格網進行結點強度試驗,找出夾具與格網間之適用性,以測得地工格網之真實強度。
Abstract Keywords:Stiff Geogrid、Fiberglass geogrid、Clamps、Single Rib Strength Test、Geogrid Junction Strength In recent years, the application of geogrid on reinforced soil in civil engineering has received global recognition. It is due to the construction of geogrid is simple, low cost, minimum land space is required, earthquake energy absorption, and it can achieve the safety requirement of the economy. Therefore, further research and analyze on geogrid is essential. Geogrid parameters can be obtained through some simple test like single rib strength test and geogrid junction strength test. According to ASTM D6637 and GRI-GG2, it adopts Instron universal testing machine to test the geogrid. Different clamps with different test methods will cause significant impact to the. This research used fiberglass geogrid and stiff geogrid, collocating with hydraulic type clamps to test the single rib strength test. It also collocated with two different junction clamps to test the junction strength test for stiff geogrid. These test are done to find the suitable material for the clamp and geogrids, and also test the real strength of the geogrids.
