現今全球產業激烈競爭的趨勢下,企業經營模式從機械管理轉變到人性化方式,透過企業團隊使組織創造更大價值。現代最重視的課題是企業如何運用有限的資源去達到共同目標,要瞭解到員工所需要的資源,包含除了工作領域上的資源,還有家庭所獲的資源,進而促使員工達到工作滿足感及工作績效,為組織創造更大利潤。因此,本研究希望能更瞭解促進發生的原因及其影響之後果,並探討如何運用有限的資源及企業政策去增加工作和家庭的關係。 本研究探討工作和家庭資源對於職家促進的影響,以及職家促進對工作滿足感跟工作績效之關係。本研究採問卷方式蒐集資料,以便利取樣方式發放問卷。總共發放280份問卷,回收有效問卷252份。 實證結果發現:工作特性對職家促進有部分正向影響;組織文化支持對職家促進有部分正向影響;家庭資源對職家促進有部分正向影響;職家促進對工作滿足感有部分正向影響;職家促進對工作績效有顯著的正向關係。
In the trend of intense competition around the world, business model shift from machine management to human management. Using teamwork enables organizations to create great value. The most important issue is how to use limited resources to achieve common goals and how to understand employees’ needs for work resources and family resources. Employees’ job satisfaction and job performance can create great profits for the organization. Therefore, this study hopes to promote an understanding of the antecedents and consequences of work-family facilitation and to increase the relationship between work and family by using limited resources and corporate policy. This study focused on the effect of work and family resources on facilitation, and the relationships between facilitation and work outcomes ( job satisfaction and job performance). Through literature review, the study builds the research framework and creates hypothesis. This research used the questionnaires. 280 questionnaires were released, and 252 copies were effective. After statistic analysis, the results are: 1. Job characteristic are partially positive related to facilitation; 2. Supportive work-family culture is partially positive related to facilitation; 3. Family resources are partially positive related to facilitation; 4. Facilitation are partially positive related to job satisfaction; 5. Facilitation are positive related to job performance.
