印尼銀行的競爭優勢與銀行的表現:電子銀行應用程序

摘要


印尼銀行對電子銀行及其應用有正面的看法。該銀行的態度和觀點是積極的並發現電子銀行是未來發展的機會,而不是威脅。透過本論文之研究結果發現, 電子銀行將強烈影響銀行業界,使電子銀行成為銀行業裡無法分開的工具。目前,在電子銀行應用和IT專家人才的缺乏是大要棉鈴的挑戰。研究發現,印尼銀行雖在配備、硬件與網絡很專業,以及應用軟件的需求也符合專業電子銀行。但是,確缺少了政府的支持與在法律上的行動、監管與支持。除外,網路以及網路使用者的使用率較低,導致用戶較少。銀行的傳統技術人員與稀缺性的態度和觀點成為使用電子銀行的主要障礙。電子銀行的潛能是適用於市場行銷與銷售,以及研發方面。此需求提升課銀行界的競爭優勢和性能,將使用電子銀行做金流工具演變到進一步的科技,從電子銀行(e-banking)慢慢演化到手機銀行(m-banking)。印尼銀行認為,此功能可以獲得五個優點:剩下品牌和廣告推廣、延長了公司的銷售、投資管理和售後服務、價值鏈管理、降低成本和透明度。 因為金融市場和金融機構的需求,電子銀行的重要性逐漸增加。代表一分水嶺事件,因為它解決了許多銀行業的問題。本論文著重在銀行員工是否準備好迎接此龐大的技術。該研究將探討出電子銀行對銀行與銀行員工之影響,此研究發現私利銀行對電子銀行比國立銀行還有興趣。他們認為電子銀行將融入印尼社會的企業。另外,他們很正面地接受電子銀行並認為是一個解決問題與威脅的機會。目前,他們認為電子銀行是最重要的工具,他們也將套用電子銀行在他們的銀行,將自己成為有高價值並可以接受高科技的銀行。

The Indonesian bank companies were positively looked at e-banking and its application in their companies. Their attitude and views toward e-banking was positive, than they found that e-banking would be an opportunity rather than a challenge or even a threat for bank industry. With respect to the findings, highly believed that e-banking would affect on bank industries, their companies should embrace e-banking. Lack of skilled staffs in e-banking application and scarcity of IT experts were the most infrastructure requirements which they found that the Indonesian bank employees were suffering from. Whereas they were well equipped with hardware and networking as well as general and professional Bank software required in e-banking applications. Lagging of other supportive sectors, lack of appropriate legislation and regulation, low Internet usage and fewer users, traditionally attitudes and views over the companies and scarcity of skilled staffs were major obstacles can threat Indonesian bank employees to applying e-banking. E-banking is potentially applicable to marketing and sales as well as R&D with respect to bank competitive advantage and performances, get the evolution from regular transaction to further activity in e banking as step evolution from e-banking to mobile banking. The Indonesian Bank companies were believed that in the case of e-banking implementation they would get top five benefits: brand and advertising as promotion, extended company, manage investment for sales and sales after services, cost reduction in value chain management, and transparency. The growing importance of e-banking represents a watershed event for financial markets and banking institutions, as it does for most industries. This dissertation focused on the perception and readiness of the bank employees regarding implication sophisticated technology. Prospective studies to explore are perceived about the potential effects of e-banking on banking companies, in advance, by the bank employees. The private employees are more interested in e-banking application than the state-owned companies. They believed that introduction of e-banking in banking will undergo the industry. On the other hand, they positively perceived that e-banking would open more opportunities rather than challenges or even threat. Nowadays, they have concluded that the implementation of e-banking in their companies is more important issue, and they ready to use e-banking in their own companies to create their own value with high acceptance of technology.
