LCD澆口與流道設計引導系統之應用

摘要


在現今科技蓬勃發展下,微利的3C產品為符合經濟考量下,如何降低成本,提升企業競爭力,企業均朝下列目標方向努力前進:一、產品減重設計,如減輕基本肉厚;二、機構整合減少開模件數;三、縮短開發週期降低出錯率;因此運用各分析軟體與引導流程系統可有效的達成企業目標。 澆口與流道之位置與大小設計是屬於模具開發中極關鍵的重要工作之一,本文藉由實務案例導入具知識管理之澆口與流道設計引導流程,並應用模流分析軟體Moldflow,事先模擬尋求最佳的澆口與流道之位置與大小,減少現場實際試誤的成本與時程的浪費。藉由模流分析驗證,以及引導系統整理出的各式澆口與流道的幾何參數,供模具設計者參考設計,引導設計者依產品需求規劃出適當的澆口與流道,並做澆口與流道知識的回饋管理,便於往後其他產品的模具設計來參考使用。將引導流程與模具設計之CAD軟體結合,可使經驗尚未純熟的操作人員快速上手,並可針對澆口與流道問題進行探討,經由問題探索結果以及運用模流分析改善澆口與流道尺寸,找出此產品最佳的澆口與流道。藉由標準化的設計流程,可減少50%-65%的時間,引導使用者快速地完成澆口與流道設計,並以知識化的自動功能,減少設計上的錯誤,提高工作效率。

Nowadays technology is rapidly and thriving growing, how to cost down and be more competitive has become a very important economic consideration for the low profit 3C products. Most of enterprises have followed and come up a direction: 1.Product weight lighten deduction, 2.Integrating all the tooling to the minimum, 3.Pull in the developing schedule (reduce the error rate). Therefore using analysis application to monitor the gate and runner design navigating system to achieve the target is the way most of enterprises are doing right now. The Gate and Runner Design is the very important process for LCD Monitor tooling development. This article gives the example of how this navigating system work and also applying the analysis software “Moldflow” to simulate the best location for the runner and flow channel beforehand. This can reduce the failure on the cost and schedule delay. To use mold flow analysis and geometric parameters to boot up the system in order to sort out all kinds of gate runner for users' reference design and change. This step by step can help the user to design the products and planning appropriate gate and runner knowledge and management. This will facilitate other future products mold design as reference. To combine the CAD with the above boot process and mold design, we can easily to train any inexperienced operator and learn how to quick start. The operator can explore and discuss for the questions and the use of mold flow analysis to improve the gate and runner size through the problems in order to find the best result. With the standardization of the design process, the time can be reduced from 50% to 65% for the designer and use this knowledge-based automatic features to reduce design errors and improve work efficiency.
