摘要


本研究主要是麥當勞得來速經營績效關鍵成功因素的分析,以瞭解麥當勞經營績效優劣因素,並找尋出未來發展方向。 此研究以現今麥當勞產業的發展,藉由經營績效,加上相關文獻和參考資料做為此研究參考,並進而歸納出麥當勞經營績效成功關鍵要素,並加上麥當勞專家問卷分析選出重要的關鍵因素。 最後,期望以個案研究分析用來驗證麥當勞得來速經營績效之關鍵成功因素是否相互對應,提出下列最重要的九項指標供產業作參考。 餐廳新舊和位置便利與否。 餐廳管理人員領導能力。 服務速度和服務態度良好與否。 房租價錢高低。 餐廳座位數多寡影響。 優秀領導人才。 市場景氣影響。 拓展營業額能力 得來速車道順暢與否 【關鍵詞彙】: 經營績效,麥當勞得來速,模糊分析法

Abstract The Study is used to analyze the Critical Successful Factors of Operation Performance in McDonalds drive-through and explore the development of future. In addition, the study is referred for the McDonald s business and relevant references, furthermore, to summarize critical elements of McDonald's success by operation performance and questionnaire analysis from McDonald’s experts. In the end, the study analysis is applied to verify the Critical Successful Factors in Operation Performance for McDonalds drive-through. Furthermore, came up with following nine principal factors as the reference for fast food industry: Decoration and convenient location of restaurant Management leadership Service efficiency and attitude Rent The seats quantity in restaurant Excellent leader The prosperous market Expansion revenue ability The smooth way in drive through Keywords : Operation performance , McDonalds drive-through , Fuzzy Analysis Method
