摘要 台灣 Cable CPE 產業面對客戶嚴苛的交貨條件、沉重的存貨壓力、多個製造據點及原物料供貨來源,讓企業意識到上中下游整個供應鏈體系必須緊密整合,方能快速反應環境及市場變動並維持企業長遠競爭優勢。透過IT科技的導入,企業得以改善運籌管理機制、建立供應鏈E化平台。除了整合與協同各地資源,達成快速生產、即時地資訊分享與物流配送的核心競爭力,同時也能精確地掌握供應鏈環節中的各種情報訊息,以實踐營運高效率、低成本的目標。 本研究透過相關文獻探討與產業分析,探討Cable CPE產業在供應鏈管理對於 SOA雲端運算服務之需求內涵,藉由建立供應鏈管理雛型系統來驗證 SOA雲端運算服務於產業的應用,並以此證明整合雲端運算技術及服務導向架構之運作方式的優點,如:(1) 標準化的開發環境,快速整合企業內外部系統;(2)不受時間或地域限制,即時的資訊分享與協同合作有效提升供應鏈的競爭力;(3) 彈性化的隨需服務調整快速回應外部需求的目標;(4)硬體設備虛擬化有助於提升資源的有效利用減少投資與浪費等。
Abstract Taiwan Cable CPE industry customer-facing harsh conditions of delivery, heavy inventory pressure, a number of manufacturing bases and sources of supply of raw materials, so that the middle and lower reaches of the entire supply chain, companies realize that the system must be closely integrated in order to quickly react Environment and market changes and maintain their long-term competitive advantage. Through the introduction of IT technology, enterprises can improve the logistics management system, establish a supply chain E platform. In addition to the integration and coordination across resources, to achieve rapid production, real-time information sharing and distribution of core competitiveness, but also to accurately grasp the supply chain in a variety of intelligence information in order to practice operating a high efficiency, low cost target. This study analyzes the relevant literature and industry to explore Cable CPE industry needs in supply chain management for cloud computing services connotation SOA, supply chain management by creating a prototype system to verify SOA cloud computing services to industrial applications, and thus integrated mode of operation to prove the advantages of cloud computing technology and service-oriented architecture, such as: (1) a standardized development environment, the rapid integration of internal and external systems; (2) regardless of time or geographic constraints, real-time information sharing and collaboration and effective enhance the competitiveness of the supply chain; (3) flexible on-demand service to respond to external demand rapid adjustment target; (4) hardware virtualization helps improve the efficient use of resources and reduction of investment and waste.
