因為醫療科技的進步,使得國人的平均壽命增長,導致人口結構逐漸老化。慢性疾病更是老年人健康最大的殺手,因此對於老年人生理狀況的照護與監測即顯得非常重要,尤其國內醫護人員長期以來一直有嚴重的短缺問題,如此更加無法使每個老年人都可以得到最好的照護品質。為了解決上述問題,本研究提出一套即時遠距生理監測系統,除了可以幫助老年人自行管理自己的生理狀況,更可以協助醫院方便而有效的管理與監測老年人的生理狀況。本研究分為兩個子系統,分別為『行動式生理監測系統』及『網頁式生理監測系統』,『行動式生理監測系統』利用各種生理感測器收集老年人的生理訊號並藉由Wi-Fi將訊號傳送至智慧型手機,如此老年人可以利用APP來監測自己的生理狀況。『網頁生理監測系統』即是將老年人的生理訊號透過FTP方式上傳所收集的生理訊號至網路上,透過所設計的網頁介面監測,遠端的醫療單位只需要輸入IP位置就可以進行遠端監測,如此可以大大提高照護患者的效率。最後本論文將兩子系統整合,並以情境模擬的方式說明本論文所建構的遠距生理監測系統的可行性。
The improvement in medicine and biotechnology has increased the average life expectancy in Taiwan, leading to an aging population. In fact, chronic illness is now the most rampant cause of death among the elderly. Therefore, it is very important to monitor and take care of the state of health among the elderly. However, the proper medical care for the elderly has always been a challenge in Taiwan due to shortage in medical professional. To solve this problem, my study proposes a Real-time Telehealth Management System(RTMS) that helps both the elderly and the hospital to self-monitor their physical health efficiently. The proposed includes two sub-systems, Mobile Telehealth Management System(MTMS) and Web page Telehealth Management System(WTMS). The MTMS uses multiple sensors to collect physical signals of the elderly and send these signals to smart phones via Wi-Fi, which allows the elderly to monitor their health state from checking APP. The WTMS uploads the physical signals of the elderly online via FTP approach. In this case, hospitals anywhere needs only to enter IP address to remotely monitor the health state of the elderly, which makes the process of providing medical care much more efficient. Finally, the experimental results show that the proposed RTMS system can achieve favorable performance.
