本論文旨在研製一高效率全橋雙向DC/DC轉換器,且運用在降壓模式的儲能-鉛酸電池充電和升壓模式的電源供給-直流埠。當轉換器處於降壓模式,以定電流對電池充電;反之,在升壓模式,則以定電壓的方式提供能量給負載。本研究之雙向轉換器使用UC3875作PWM控制器,利用相移後之信號時序,調變工作週期,達到升降壓的目的。本文所設計實作之雙向轉換器,在升壓模式下的規格為:輸入48V、輸出380V及最大轉換功率為500W,實驗之最高轉換效率為89.8%;在降壓模式下的規格為:輸入380V,輸出則以48V鉛酸蓄電池組作為負載,採用定電流/定電壓充電模式,最大充電功率為500W時,實驗之最高轉換效率為90.74%。
This thesis aims to develop a highly efficient bi-directional full-bridge DC / DC converter, in which energy storage in buck mode is for lead-acid battery charging and power supply in boost mode is for DC bus. When the converter is in buck mode, it provides constant current for charging the battery; conversely, in boost mode, it will provide energy for DC bus with constant voltage. Bidirectional converter for this study uses the UC3875 PWM controller using phase-shift to realize the buck and boost modes. This study implements the bi-directional converter in boost mode, specified as Input 48V, 380V and maximum output power converter 500W, to achieve the highest conversion efficiency of 89.8% ; in buck mode, specified as Input 380V, loaded with a set of 48V lead-acid battery using constant-current /constant-voltage charging (CC-CV) mode. For the maximum charging power of 500W, the highest conversion efficiency was 90.74%.
