摘要


為了要達到高資料率無線行動寬頻通訊傳輸,高階長期演進系統應用了載波聚合技術將頻段上的分散頻寬聚合成一個大頻寬的區段提供使用者進行高資料率傳輸。論文中介紹了連續和非連續載波聚合技術、與兩種資料聚合機制,同時也介紹了傳播路徑耗損、都卜勒偏移、同調時間與頻率選擇性衰減環境。陸續討論一些相關的技術挑戰如非對稱載波聚合、控制信令設計、換手控制。最後進行了載波聚合在頻率選擇性衰減通道、平緩衰減通道與高斯通道下位元錯誤率與訊號雜訊比的關係。

In order to achieve high data rate transmissions for wireless broadband services from fast-growing mobile users, carrier aggregation (CA) has been proposed as a key feature of the 4G LTE-Advanced systems. This article first introduce contiguous and non-contiguous CA techniques, followed by propagation path loss, doppler frequency shift, coherence time, two data aggregation schemes in physical and medium access control layers and frequency-selective fading channel. Some technical challenges as asymmetric carrier aggregation, control signaling design and handover control are discussed. Simulation results shows bit error rate and signal to noise ratio for carrier aggregation in frequency-selective fading channels, flat fading channels and gaussian channels.
