網路平台眾包經營模式之研究

A Study of Business Model of Crowdsourcing on Network Platform

摘要


從通訊的發明開始,訊息化及網路化造就了電子商務的發展,而近幾年創造出"眾包"的理論,反應出利用網路化的創新經營理念及模式,改變了以往企業傳統研發、設計、討論等,利用在網路公開招標方式來傳播給群眾,有效的運用網路的力量以及網路資源來創造一種新型的思維模式,突破相關產業創新及研發的瓶頸。 本研究將以四種不同的眾包模式為例,探討這四種眾包之經營模式因子,並研究及相互的關聯性及差異性為何,選擇四家知名網站做個案研究的探討及分析,經由資料的蒐集分析進行質性的研究,最後做出研究結論及建議,讓企業及群眾透過本研究能更便利及快速了解其眾包分類及運用選擇其種類,並重新思考及運用,如何利用各領域的愛好者來為企業工作,並讓兼職工作者透過眾包型態的舞台來其交流。 本研究選擇四家知名網站,以個案研究的方法探討其經營模式的相同及相異之處,並獲得以下研究分析結果: 1. 群體智慧:不強調專業、較無特定族群、重點再於解決問題,不須提供實質的作品, 往往能吸引群眾,因可利用業餘時間去查詢是否有能解決的案子,賺點外快。 2. 群體創造:有一定程度的專業性、通常須要有實際產品,相對的通常網站也需要嚴加把關其產品,賺錢為其第二目的。 3. 群體投票:有特定族群、強調群眾的選擇、尊重群眾所做的決定,其往往最終決定也是最暢銷。 4. 群體集資:是一種概念的行銷方式獲取他人的認同感,相較之下此網站經營相對較困難,因類似捐贈的方式,其號召主動的群眾捐錢是有限的。

Starting from the invention of telecommunication, informatization and networking have shaping the development of e-commerce. And the idea of “Crowdsourcing” shows the innovated management concept and model taking advantage of networking has changed the conventional way of operating the enterprise in many aspects, including research & development, design, discussions, and etc. Using the internet open bid for propaganda to the masses has effectively utilized the capability of internet and internet resources to create a new thinking model, it breakthroughs the gridlock of innovation and research for related industries. The study will choice four different crowdsourcing model to discuss the business model of factors, and to study relevance and diversity.Four famous websites choice to do case study for investigate and analyze. Through analysis of data collected to do qualitative research, and finally make conclusions and recommendations, so that businesses and people through this research can be more convenient and quick to understand their classification and the use of crowdsourcing to choose their type, and re-thinking and use, how to use amateurs in various fields to work for the enterprise and also make the amateurs through crowdsourcing patterns to exchange their opinion. The research is based on four famous websites and investigate by case study to analysis business model different from each other. There is the investigate result as below. 1. Crowdwisdom: Do not emphasize professional, no specific ethnic groups, and then focus on solving problems, not required to provide substantial productions, often to attract the masses, because they can use their spare time to check whether there is a case to solve to earn extra money. 2. Crowdcreation: It need to have professional, usually need to have the actual product, the opposite is also to strict checks of their products. Making money is their second goal. 3. Crowdvoting: There are specific groups, emphasizing the choice of the people, respect the decision made by the masses, it is often the final decision is the most popular. 4. Crowdfunding:This is a concept marketing to get identity from other people, compared to others, they are difficult to operation of their website because it is like donated, it called on the initiative of the masses to donate money is limited.
