摘 要 本研究探討部屬關係定位與部屬工作績效評量關聯性研究。研究結果顯示:自己人部屬認知自己關係定位,與其績效評量為正相關的影響。外人部屬認知自己關係定位,與其績效評量為正相關的影響。
Abstract This study explores the association between leader-member relationship positions and subordinate performance evaluation. The results of this study show that in-group and out-group subordinates’ position perceptions of the leader-member relationship are positively associated with their performance evaluation results.
