最近幾年，蘋果公司和三星公司的智慧型手機持續在全球市佔率居高不下。許多專家學者指出其中一個原因是創新，而是甚麼原因讓公司的領導風格帶領組織走向創新進而改變世界的願景，其結果顯示，文化和領導風格息息相關，而領導風格又影響了其對公司產品的設計走向。
以美國的蘋果與韓國的三星兩家公為例，美國的個人主義的言論自由，導向激發個人創新，所以蘋果公司的賈伯斯的個人魅力帶領了他的團隊研發了iPhone的硬體與軟體的垂直整合，而成就了iPhone的令人驚豔的產品。相對的，韓國的集權主義文化造就韓國公司權威性文化，服從阻礙了創新，三星公司順應潮流變革走向了創新，招聘海外的人才，培養設計人員，使其開拓新思路，包括開創實驗室和研究中心，以增長他們的設計師的設計能力，並鼓勵他們挑戰自己的上司，說出自己的想法，希望藉此能跳脫儒家思想的傳統文化，利用創新進而提升提高競爭力，以滿足世界資訊時代日益變化的需求。本研究為質化研究並收集了專家學者的報導，三星創新承襲了和諧文化精神也大膽改革、鼓勵提出創意而影響手機設計方向為以顧客導向的設計風格而成就了全球手機龍頭數一數二與iPhone分庭抗禮的地位。指出文化與領導風格，領導風格與產品設計是互相牽動相關聯的。

Abstract

The mobile phone of Apple Inc. and Samsung Corporation have occupied the most global market share in the resent years. Many experts have pointed out one of the reasons is innovative, but what is the factor for the company's leadership style to lead the organization toward the vision of innovation and thus change the world, the results showed that culture and leadership style are closely related, and leadership style really impacts on the company's products design trends.

American individualism freedom of speech lead to stimulate personal innovation, so Steve Jobs’ charisma led his team to develop the vertically integrated hardware and software for iPhone, this amazing achievements of iPhone's cannot be easily learned by other companies,. In the contrast, Korea's collective culture also has affected the authority of Korean company culture, the top down and obedience culture, which hinders innovation. However, Samsung transformed to the trend toward innovation, its innovative spirit was still influenced by harmony culture, which lead to Samsung became one of the highest achievement of the leading mobile phone with its direction of mobile phone design for tend to the customer-oriented to pleasure people. This study is a qualitative research, and the researcher collected the reports of experts and scholars, which concluded that the culture and leadership style, leadership style and design are associated with each other.
