台灣教會裝備培育系統之研究—以台中旌旗教會與台灣長老教會為例

本研究在於分析台灣教會平信徒裝備培育之系統，包含影響台灣教會最深的外國三大增長模式之牧養與培育系統，以及二個台灣教會建造培育系統：台中旌旗教會之「領袖培育系統」與台灣長老教會總會推動的「一領一新倍加宣教運動」之「門徒培育系統」。藉以瞭解台灣教會裝備培育系統之聖經神學依據、理念內涵、課程設計，以及教材內容，作為架構與檢視教會裝備培育系統之參考。
藉著蒐集教會增長與培育相關文獻與資料，研究分析裝備培育系統之聖經宣教神學與基督徒培育塑造之根據。筆者實際參與「雙翼養育系統」與「領袖培育系統」之培育課程，除了熟悉課程與教材之外，同時訪談牧者同工與學員，了解培育系統運作的背景與狀況。本論文兩個案例以台灣歷史最悠久也是最大宗派的教會—台灣基督長老教會，與後起之秀只有20年歷史(1995-2015)的獨立教會—台中旌旗教會為主，從研究中可以看見PCT總會所推動的「門徒培育系統」中，還有一個「向外」的宣教方向；旌旗教會的「領袖培育系統」展現了強大包容與整合力，主要是「向內」建造穩固。從這兩個案例進一步思考如何將「福音與文化」、「整全救恩」、參與世界的轉變工作、關懷宇宙生態之完整與正義等議題，也納入平信徒裝備培育系統，進行修復天人物我四個關係的整全培育。

Abstract
This thesis would analyze educational system for Christian Laity in Taiwan, including the pastoral and educational concept of the three most influential church growth models abroad and two Taiwan churches’ education systems that aims at promoting church development, which are the "Leader Training System" of Taichung Banner Church and the "Disciple Training System" of the "One-leads-one, Doubling Movement" promoted by the Presbyterian Church in Taiwan, in order to understand their biblical-theological rationales, contents of their idea, course structures and teaching resources, and to construct a frame of reference for examining the educational system for Christian Laity in Taiwan.
Through analyzing those literatures and data related to church growth and education, this study engaged in the rationale of biblical evangelical theology and the educational system of Christian development. I have personally participated in the training courses of "Two Wings Nurturing Course" and "Leader Training System", to be familiar with the courses and the teaching materials, at the same time interviewed pastors and participants to know the operation of the educational system. Two cases had been studied in this thesis, one of them is the Presbyterian Church in Taiwan, which is the oldest and the largest Protestant Christian denomination in Taiwan, while another is Taichung Banner Church (1995-2015), which is a 20-year-old non-denominational church. Through this research, it is obvious that the Disciple Training System promoted by the Presbyterian Church in Taiwan contains an "outward" evangelical direction, whereas the Leader Training System of Taichung Banner Church demonstrated a great inclusive and integrative capability, and mainly aims at an "inward" solidification. Based on these two cases, this study further discussed the way to include issues, such as "gospel and culture", "holistic salvation", participation in the transformation of the world, and the concern of justice and totality of universal ecology, into educational system for Christian Laity, in order to reconstruct a holistic education concerning reconciliation between God, humanity, nature and self.
