影響台灣食品產業食品安全內部控制落實之因素探討-FAHP應用之研究

摘要


食品安全的議題,在近幾年來,隨著食品安全風暴的擴大更加嚴重。台灣的產業市場裡,食品產業佔相當重要的地位,企業內部如何落實食品安全制度?以及如何確保內部控制有效運作,是用什麼「關鍵因素」來落實食品安全呢? 本研究系以模糊層級分析法(Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process,FAHP),探究內部控制與食品安全之間的課題。研究所得之主要結論如下:「公司理念與落實」與「法規架構與執行」這兩大構面合計權重值達71%,在目前身陷「食品風暴」的台灣食品產業裡,企業決策者應將其列為最優先考量之層面。

Issues of food security and quality have been more important by years, following the food security storms has happened recently. Food industry plays a major role in this game. How to operate a policy of food security and work the policy efficiently inside the company has been discuss. At the same time, people are wondering that what is the 「Key Factor」to make sure the security and quality of food as product of internal control. The research is mainly about FAHP; Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process. The main topic is exploring the relationship between management internal control and food security. The main conclusions of the Institute were as follows: 「Realize the Idea of Company 」and「Execute and Organize the Regulation」of these two are dimensions total weight value of 71% , Presently major food industries has struggled in the food security storms, those food industries, decision-making who should take FAHP as their first priority when they are making decisions.
