合成吸磷材料開發及性能試驗

摘要


水體優養化造成設施裡的水成為死水而失去了其原本規劃之功能,故去磷方法及材料值得研究。目前使用吸附磷材料無論生物方法或化學方法,大多有二次處理之問題,如何不產生二次污染及降低成本的前提下,研發可行材料使用在水質淨化之領域為本論文之重點。 本研究分別使用不同配比之合成材料,透過不同的水體流動方式,設計不同的水力停留時間實驗出材料吸磷能力,結果最佳配比材料配比為細石灰石粉:紅土:木屑=3:6.5:0.5,水力停留時間以3小時為基準,使用於污水含磷濃度15ppm處理後符合放流水標準5ppm時,更換週期為45天約1.5個月;污水含磷濃度12.5ppm時,更換週期為57天約2個月;10ppm時,更換週期為81天約3個月,此結果可供未來實際應用上知參考使用值。 而最佳材料配比細石灰石粉:紅土:木屑=3:6.5:0.5時,不同水力停留時間吸附磷的能力分別為,在1小時,最大吸附量為75.76(mg/kg);1.5小時,最大吸附量為161.29(mg/kg) ;2小時,最大吸附量為103.09(mg/kg) ;2.5小時,最大吸附量為163.93(mg/kg) ;3小時,最大吸附量為113.64(mg/kg)。 本研究試以吸磷能力強之石灰石、粉鍛燒後孔隙多之紅土及增加濾材孔隙的木屑以3:6.5:0.5之比例混合,初步開發一種吸附磷後取出可供直接施作磷肥並改善土壤孔隙之顆粒。

Water eutrophication will happen when water excess phosphorus, and loss their functions, therefore, dephosphins method and materials are an important issue for purification system, most of method and materials are now using, which need secondary treatment, and therefore, the use of high cost. For these reasons, the study is to develop a goal-setting no secondary pollution and the use of low cost products can be used for water purification system. The study using different proportion of synthetic materials, through the water flow in static state and the way, by the different HRT, Experimentally obtains its phosphorus adsorption capacity, and material replacement cycle. The results of best ratio of find limestone power: clay soil: sawdust =3:6.5:0.5;In the HRT= 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3 (hours) the maximum adsorption capacity where 75.76, 161.29, 163.93 113.64 (mg/kg) receptively; HRT to three hours as the benchmark, the in-flow of sewage phosphorus concentration were 15, 12.5, 10 ppm, effluents treatment to standard 5 ppm, the material replacement cycle where 45, 57, 81 days respectively, the results can provide some practical application reference. Preliminary results of the study to develop a synthetic material is made of particles, the article use in the sewage purification system, after adsorb filled the phosphorus, is removed, it can use for fertilizer or as a soil porosity improvement directly.
