This study investigated a case study when the company approaches to the international accounting standards. The major differences in preparation between the IFRS and ROC GAAP, and expression in the face of IAS12 tax and IAS19 employee benefits, which were analyzed and discussed in the study. The company of the case study were planning, execution of design, and conversion of information systems assessed when the competent authorities announced the adoption of International Accounting Standard, which were using the "multi-turn accounts do not throw" programs to address the information system into IFRSs 2012 on a parallel track, and in 2013 smooth transition to IFRSs accounting treatment.
