以體感遊戲協助中風患者進行上肢復健 之可行性研究

摘要


摘要 中風的肢體障礙患者需要長期進行肢體復健,訓練因為中風而失去功能的肌肉,以恢復生活自理的能力。依目前復健門診的現況來說,一位復健治療師需要同時指導多位肢體障礙患者進行復健訓練,無法針對每一位患者的需求在旁指導,而且患者對於枯燥乏味的復健過程容易產生怠惰感,在沒有治療師監督的情況下時常偷懶,導致復健成效不彰。 因此本研究欲利用微軟提供的Kinect體感偵測技術,搭配美國麻省理工學院媒體實驗室研製的Scratch程式開發平台,製作一套適用於中風患者之復健遊戲系統。希望透過此復健遊戲系統能協助治療師減少負擔,更讓中風患者進行遊戲時能達到上肢復健的治療效果,在過程中不僅增加復健動機,也促進上肢的復原,進而恢復生活自理的功能。

Patients with limb dysfunction in stroke require long-term rehabilitation for limb rehabilitation, training the muscle without function because of the stroke, manage to accomplish the ability of daily living. According to status quo of rehabilitation clinic, a rehabilitation therapist needs to instruct patients with limb dysfunction to carry out rehabilitation training at the same time, cannot guide every patients in particular. And patients are easy to feeling burnout of the boring rehabilitation process, patients often lazy without therapist supervision, cause the rehabilitation is ineffective. Therefore, this research want to use Kinect somatosensory detection technology provided from Microsoft Corporation, with the software development platform-Scratch developed by Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Multimedia Laboratory, make a set of rehabilitation game system for stroke patients. Hope to help therapists through this rehabilitation game system, let stroke patients can achieve the treatment effect of upper limb. In the process of rehabilitation, not only increase rehabilitation ability but promote arms recovery, then resume the function of life.
