應用品管圈於印刷電路板廠綠色製造之研究

摘要


摘要 在高耗能的印刷電路板廠(Printed Circuit Board Factory或稱PCB廠)中,面對內外部環保公約及政策規範的要求背景下,既設工廠需找出不影響成本、品質、產出、或設備性能的有效對策提升能源使用效率。 本研究以一個案印刷電路板廠為研究對象,公司為了增加獲利和競爭力,設定綠色製造為2015年重點方針,期望創造營利、節約資源及落實企業社會責任。在企業常用的TQM(Total Quality Management, 全面品質管理)手法中,選用品管圈方法來將目標課題達成,並期望透過團結合作過程培養傳承專業的技術人員。 研究結果顯示,雖然改善過程遇到許多困難障礙,但是透過圈員通力合作下,運用品管圈手法,成功達成每年264萬元效益及減少401公噸碳排量,超過預期目標且透過此專案活動提升技術人員專業,持續向永續邁進,結果證實品管圈確實可以應用於綠色製造也期望公司其他製程皆能水平展開導入此法。 關鍵字:綠色製造、品管圈、企業社會責任、印刷電路板廠

ABSTRACT Based on environmental directives and government regulations in the international and domestic environments, printed circuit board (PCB) factories should search for effective solutions, which do not affect the cost, quality, output, and equipment’s performance, to improve the efficiency of companies’ energy usage. This study considers a PCB factory as a case study. In order to increase profitability and competitiveness of the case PCB factory, senior managers decide that the key 2015 strategy is green manufacturing, leading to increase company’s profit, reduce resource consumption, and fulfill corporate social responsibility. Since companies can use many common total quality management (TQM) methods to improve companies’ performance, this research adopts one of them, quality control circle (QCC), to achieve the goal of this study, and hopes that through implementing this project, professional and experienced engineers can be fostered. The results show that there were many obstacles encountered when the project team implemented the improvement project. However, through the cooperation and QCC techniques implementation of all team members, the outcomes could increase annual 2.64 million NT dollars and reduce 401 tons of carbon emissions, exceeding the original target. Furthermore, this project can enhance the professional knowledge of technical personnel and can continue improving company’s performance toward to sustainability. Based on the results, the findings of this project demonstrate that QCC can be applied to green manufacturing and can be provided as a reference for other manufacturing processes of the PCB factory.
