摘要


摘要 在本論文中,提出一個新的高輸入阻抗電壓式萬用二階濾波器,擁有三個輸入端及一個輸出端。此電路使用三個差動電壓電流傳輸器DVCCs(Differential Voltage Current Conveyors)、四個電阻器、以及兩個接地電容器。所提出之電路具有以下之特點:實現全部標準濾波器之方程式,可合成具有高通、帶通、低通、帶拒以及全通之濾波輸出訊號,所使用的電容器均為接地電容器,且具有高輸入阻抗及低的主動被動敏感度(sensitivities)。

Abstract In this paper,current conveyors (CCs) based high input impedance voltage-mode universal biquadratic filter with three input terminals and one output terminal is presented. The proposed circuit is composed of three DVCCs, two grounded capacitors and four grounded resistors. The proposed circuit can realize all the standard filter functions, namely, lowpass, bandpass, highpass, notch and allpass filters by the selections of different input voltage terminals. The proposed circuit offer the features of high input impedance, using only grounded capacitors and low active and passive sensitivities.
