不對稱配位基甲基,4-(嘧啶基-2-醯胺基)苯甲酸酯與二價鈷、鎳、 銅及一價銅進行反應, 可得到一系列的化合物: [Co(L)2(CH3OH)2](ClO4)2 (L = methyl-4-(pyrimidin-2-ylcarbamoyl)- benzoate), 1, [Co(L)2(CH3OH)2](BF4)2, 2, [Ni(L)2(CH3OH)2](BF4)2, 3, [Cu(L)2(ClO4)2]⋅2CH3OH, 4, [Cu(L)2(BF4)2]⋅2CH3OH, 5, [Cu2(L)Cl4 ⋅ CH3CN]∞, 6, [Cu(L)2Br2]⋅CH3OH, 7, [Cu3.5(L)Br4⋅0.5C2H5OC2H5]∞, 8, [Cu2(L)I2]∞, 9。化合物1 – 5 和7 為單核結構,化合物6 和8 為二維 結構,而化合物9 為一維鏈狀結構。藉由π---π stacking 或氫鍵等作用 力可使的化合物的維度上升。化合物1 – 5、7 和9 的配位基採用雙芽 的配位形式,化合物6 和8 則採用三芽的配位形式。另外配位基具有 cis 或trans 兩種構型。
The reactions of methyl-4-(pyrimidin-2-ylcarbamoyl)benzoate (L) with Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II) and Cu(I) metal salts afforded [Co(L)2(CH3OH)2](ClO4)2, 1, [Co(L)2(CH3OH)2](BF4)2, 2, [Ni(L)2(CH3OH)2](BF4)2, 3, [Cu(L)2(ClO4)2]⋅2CH3OH, 4, [Cu(L)2(BF4)2]⋅2CH3OH, 5, [Cu2(L)Cl4⋅CH3CN]∞, 6, [Cu(L)2Br2]⋅CH3OH, 7, [Cu3.5(L)Br4⋅0.5C2H5OC2H5]∞, 8, and [Cu2(L)I2]∞, 9. All these complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Complexes 1 - 5 and 7 are mononuclear, whereas complexes 6 and 8 show two-dimensional layers and 9 is a one-dimensional chain. The L ligands of 1 - 5, 7 and 9 adopt the bidentate mode, featuring chelation through one pyrimidyl nitrogen atom and the amide oxygen atom and those of 6 and 8 adopts the tridentate mode through the amide oxygen atom and both of the pyrimidyl nitrogen atoms. The L ligands may adopt the cis or trans conformations. Moreover, π---π stacking interactions and/or hydrogen bonds are found in these complexes which extend the dimensionalities of the structures.
