多胺基碳氫化合物水溶液之密度、黏度及擴散係數量測研究

摘要


本研究為量測多胺基碳氫化合物Diethylenetriamine (DETA), N,N,N’,N’,N’’-pentamethyldiethylenetriamine (PMDETA), N,N,N’,N’-tetramethylethylenediamine (TMEDA), N,N,N’,N’-tetramethylpropylenediamine (TMPDA), 3-(Methylamino)propylamine (MAPA) 水溶液中之無限稀釋擴散係數(infinite dilution diffusion coefficient)、交互擴散係數(mutual diffusion coefficient)、密度及黏度數據量測。擴散係數量測依據泰勒分散法(Taylor Dispersion Technique)原理來設計實驗。實驗在1 atm下來進行量測,溫度範圍為30°C至50°C ; 濃度範圍為10至40 wt% polyamine。實驗所得的數據使用學者Snijder et al. (1993)所提出一簡單關係式再進一步修正之關係式,與學者Hsu and Chen (1998)所推演出的雙成份交互擴散係數方程式(UNIDIF)來表示及回歸參數,並利用作者Dymond (1974)所提出之粗硬球理論 (RHS)來解釋實驗上取得的擴散係數與濃度與溫度之間的關係。另外在密度與黏度的量測,同樣在1 atm下來進行量測,溫度範圍為30°C至50°C;濃度範圍為0至100 wt%。其實驗所得的數據由Redlich-Kister-type及學者Graber et al. (2004) 所提出得經驗方程式來各別表示與回歸參數。此研究結果可以用於發展使用多胺基碳氫化合物水溶液當吸收劑吸收酸性氣體的動力學模式數據。

This study presents measurements of the diffusion coefficients, densities and viscosities of aqueous polyamines solutions. Mutual diffusion coefficient measurements infinite dilution and solute concentrations ranged from 10 to 40 wt% and temperatures ranged from 30°C to 50°C; density and viscosity are solute concentrations ranged from 0 to 100 wt% and temperature ranged from 30°C to 50°C. Five polyamines were studied, namely : Diethylenetriamine (DETA), N,N,N’,N’,N’’-pentamethyldiethylenetriamine (PMDETA), N,N,N’,N’-tetramethylethylenediamine (TMEDA), N,N,N’,N’-tetramethylpropylenediamine (TMPDA), 3-(Methylamino)propylamine (MAPA). Mutual diffusion coefficients were measured using the Taylor dispersion technique. The obtained mutual diffusion coefficients correlated as a function of temperature and concentration by using empirical and semi-empirical equations such as Arrhenius-type equation (Snijder et al., 1993), UNIDIF (Hsu and Chen, 1998). Such correlations were found to satisfactory present the dependence of the diffusion coefficient to temperature and concentration as indicated by the low varies 1.19%, 1.15% of the absolute average deviation between the experiment and predicted data. The densities and viscosities of the polyamine aqueous solutions were represented by modified Redlich-Kister-type equation and empirical equation proposed by Graber et al. (2004) respectively. The results of this study can be used for developing the kinetic model for acid gas absorption using aqueous polyamine solutions as absorbent.
