This study aims to explore the major factors that affect Taiwan food industry labor productivity.Using employment numbers, working hours per month ,average income as key variables,to study the impact of those variables on labor productivity, and to know the relationship between those variables and labor productivity. The original data come from 2012 Human Resources Statistics, the Executive Yuan using Gretl statistics analysis software as data analysis basis and main multi return type for analysis. The research learned that labor productivity is significantly affected by monthly working hours, employment numbers and average income. Using multivariable analysis to analyze monthly labor productivity, the findings show the amount of wage has positive effect on laor productivity, when wage increases, the productivity improves; by contrast, the working hours and the amount of employment show the opposite effect,an increase in working hours and employment have negative effect on labor productivity.
