太陽能微換流器之研製

Realization Study of PV Micro-Inverter

摘要


本論文提出一種以輸出為電流源的太陽能微換流器。系統由兩片串聯之太陽能板作為輸入源,經由本文提出之直流-交流太陽能返馳式微換流器,最終饋入市電達成市電並聯的目標。 本微換流器係以單極性正弦波脈波寬度調變技術(SPWM)作為主要驅動訊號,搭配CL低通濾波器以使得微換流器輸出電流能夠近似正弦波並與市電同步且並聯,系統分析與設計方法均在文中做詳細探討。 最後並研製一組在不同的太陽光照度下太陽能交錯型返馳式微換流器以驗證本論文內之理論與估測,且實驗結果也證實本裝置的性能和理論值極為接近。

In this thesis, a grid-connect single-phase current source PV micro inverter is proposed. The system is consist of two series of solar panel as input source. The DC-AC solar flyback micro inverter proposed in this thesis eventually synchronizes with the grid voltage and achieves the goal of parallel the gird. This micro inverter is driven by a unipolar Sinusoidal Pulse-Width Modulation (SPWM), the output current of micro inverter will be shaped into a sinusoid wave by CL low pass filter, synchronizes with the grid and parallel with it. System analysis and design are conducted in detail. According to the principles mentioned in the thesis, we designed a PV interleave micro inverter to prove the theories and estimations, and the result of experiment shows that the performance of the interleave micro inverter are close to the predictions.
