電活性聚甲亞胺之防腐蝕特性與電化學偵測器之應用

摘要


聚甲亞胺高分子有優越之電活性與熱穩定特性,但傳統之聚甲亞胺高分子因溶解度差而限制其應用。為增加溶解度,文獻多合成具側鏈之聚甲亞胺高分子為主,此方法可提升聚甲亞胺之溶解度,但同時卻大幅降低了聚甲亞胺高分子之熱性質與導電特性,因此對於其應用造成限制。 本論文以氧化偶合法,將苯胺五聚體合成於聚甲亞胺主鏈上,得到電活性聚甲亞胺高分子,使其具有良好溶解度可溶於NMP、DMAc、DMF…等溶劑,並使導電度由10-8 S/cm提升至10-4 S/cm。 以電活性聚甲亞胺高分子修飾電極對於抗壞血酸(AA)進行偵測之實驗,由文獻得知因主鍊上的苯胺寡聚體結構具可逆氧化還原能力,可在電催化的反應中以抗壞血酸來還原苯胺寡聚體,並利用循環伏特安培儀偵測苯胺寡聚體之氧化電流的強度,以此鑑定抗壞血酸的濃度。 因電活性聚甲亞胺高分子具有良好的溶解度與極佳的可逆性之氧化還原化學結構,應用於有機高分子塗料上可與金屬基材之間產生電荷轉移,引發金屬表面形成一層極薄之灰色鈍性氧化層,進而使金屬表面具防腐蝕之特性,非電活性聚甲亞胺高分子則因無可逆性之氧化還原化學結構,而無法在金屬表面形成鈍性氧化層,因而降低金屬表面的防腐蝕能力。

Polyazomethines has superior electrical activity and thermal stability characteristics, but the traditional polyazomethines due to poor solubility limit its application. In order to increase the solubility, the literature synthesis of side chains of polyazomethine polymer-based, this method can improve the solubility of polyazomethines, but at the same time is greatly reduced thermal properties and electrical properties of polyazomethines for caused by the application of its inherent limitations. In the thesis, the e electro-active polyazomethines compound which was synthesized by attaching penta-aniline oligomer to polyazomethines chain could have better solubility in several solvents, like NMP, DMAc, and DMF, and the electric conduction could improve from 10-8 S / cm to 10-4 S / cm. According to the literatures, aniline oligomers had the redox ability which could be used to detect AA, so we utilized the polyazomethines containing aniline oligomer chain as the electrode to detect the concentration of AA by using the Cyclic volt ampere instrument to measure the electric current aniline oligomers oxidation. Owing to the good solubility and redox ability, the electro-active polyazomethines was applied in organic-polymer coating which could induce the thin passive metal oxide layer on the metal’s surface to avoid corrosion. However, electro-inactive polyazomethines had no redox ability to form the oxidative layer, so the effect of anti-corrosion was decreased.
