摘要

本論文研究掩飾鄰苯醌(masked o-benzoquinones)與6,6-二甲基富烯的分子間Diels-Alder反應。本研究以2-甲氧基酚衍生物1a-e為起始物，經二乙醯基亞碘苯(diacetoxyiodobenzene)氧化後產生掩飾鄰苯醌2a-e，再分別與雙烯劑6,6-二甲基富烯進行分子間Diels-Alder反應，生成單一環加成的產物，是以掩飾鄰苯醌做為雙烯劑，6,6-二甲基富烯為親雙烯劑而生成的三環[5.2.2.02,6]十一烯酮類化合物3a-e。

The thesis concerns with the intermolecular Diels-Alder reactions of masked o-benzoquinones (MOBs) with 6,6-Dimethylfulvene. Masked o-benzoquinones (MOBs) 2a-e generated in situ from 2-methoxyphenols 1a-e underwent intermolecular Diels-Alder reactions with a diene, 6,6-dimethylfulvene to give cycloadducts, tricycle[5.2.2.02,6] undecaenones 3a-e, which were formed from the reactions that MOBs serve as diene and 6,6-dimethylfulvene as a dienophile.
