摘 要 人口結構變遷已是現今社會的趨勢。在此趨勢下,探討其特定汽車市場之銷售的影響因素,為一有趣的議題。國外的文獻中,大多主要以人口結構的改變對房地產、金融等市場之衝擊為主要的探討對象。然而在國內外,卻少有此方面議題之研究。故本研究的目的係為觀察此特定汽車市場,探討人口結構轉變對於胎特定汽車市場未來發展之影響。在實證研究方面,本文搜集 2001年 至 2010 年間七人座、2000CC數以下以及所有起車市場和人口相關變數資料進行探討。並利用三個模型來觀察人口因素與特定汽車市場的關係,在被解釋變數方面,分別為GDP成長指數、失業率、平均每人每年可支配所得、扶老比、扶幼比為主。另外,將市場區分為22個縣市,並以10年資料為探討區間,各別研究探討。最後觀察人口因素對特定汽車市場之衝擊,可以發現扶老比對於七人座汽車市場的影響比較明顯,而在三個模型的汽車市場內,平均每人可支配所得、GDP成長指數對其三汽車市場之銷售影響最為顯著;最後,實證分析結果顯示,人口結構變遷對於七人座、2000CC數以下、以及全部汽車銷售之市場影響較不明顯。
Abstract Peopele always concerned with the issues of the size and structure of population . In this study, we explore the specific impact of the sales of the automotive market factors. In the foreign literature, there are most of the major changes in the demographic structure of the real estate and financial market shocks as the main study object. In the past, there are few of the research in this issue. The purpose of this study to observe this particular system's auto market to explore the changing demographic structure for a particular impact the development of the automotive market on the future . In the empirical research, this paper collected from 2001 to 2010 between the Big cars(seven-seats) market , below 2000CC market and all car market of the date to discussed. We use three models to observe the people and market of the relations. Interpreting variable includes GDP, unemployment rate, the average annual per capita disposable income, supporting the old ratio, ratio of boys. In addition, the market is divided into 22 counties, and 10-year data for the study interval. Finally, we found supporting the old than for seven seats car market impact more obvious, and in three models within the automotive market, the average disposable income per capita, GDP growth index of sales of its three automotive market impact of the most significant; final empirical analysis shows that demographic change on Big cars(seven-seats), below 2000CC number below and all automobile sales market impact less obvious.
