不同直流偏壓下對單相氣隙型鐵心變壓器的影響分析與測試

摘要


電力系統中部份負載會產生部份直流偏壓,而與地磁風暴所產生的地磁感應電流有類似的直流效應,都可能造成變壓器的鐵心飽和而產生電力品質的問題。 因此設計變壓器時,若系統存在直流成份時,除了考慮所採用的鐵心特性之外尚須考慮整體經濟性,變壓器鐵心除了可降低磁通密度另一個選擇可採用鐵心附氣隙之結構。因大部份的變壓器製造廠家並無直流測試設備或與用戶相同的運轉環境來測試變壓器的特性,對於變壓器受到直流效應影響時並無法檢測直流對鐵心附氣隙構造的影響,因此本文以直流偏壓對鐵心附氣隙結構的影響進行相關實驗與對結果進行分析。 本論文利用FLUKE 41B功率及諧波分析器及以不同直流偏壓對500VA單相附氣隙型鐵心變壓器進行開路試驗,依試驗量測的項目計有激磁電流、相位移因數、無載損及激磁電流的各次諧波。本文分析及比較在不同直流偏壓下之試驗結果,電壓測試範圍從12伏特至28.8伏特。 變壓器採用氣隙構造是改善直流成份影響的方法之一,從實際的實驗結果,可以發現直流偏壓對單相氣隙型變壓器的無載損失及電壓、激磁電流之變異的確比鐵心無氣隙構造的小。

Some loads will cause dc bias in the power system. And the earth magnetic field can also induce direct current all that will affect the function of the transformers and raise the problems in power quality. This research uses FLUKE 41B power and harmonic analyzer to test a 500VA single-phase with air-gap core transformers under different dc offset waveforms in open circuit test. The paper analyses and compares the test results obtained under different dc offset values. The test value of the voltage is from 12V to 28.8V. The transformers with air-gap core structure is one kind of methods to reduce the influence caused by direct current. From the results of the experiment, it can be found that the air-gap core can reduce the influence caused by dc bias.
