摘要 近年來航空運輸需求增加,機場鋪面負荷愈加沈重,關閉機場重新鋪築修繕是不被允許的,如何對破損的鋪面進行即時且有效的修復,為相關單位所重視的課題。本研究針對東部區域唯一開放軍民航業務之花蓮機場,進行全場之剛性道面裂縫調查作業,以PCI鋪面狀況指標為衡量評估依據,調查範圍分17個區位,共368個樣本單位,根據不同裂縫型態出現之次數與分佈版塊數,透過指標計算來評估鋪面版塊結構使用現況,同時瞭解各區位結構之服務績效,作為後續養護及整修計畫之參考。 結果顯示,使用頻率較低及道面翻修次數較頻繁的軍用大坪及南側溫機坪裂縫破壞情形較少,其餘區域因版塊長年大量使用造成道面之裂縫破壞嚴重,尤其以東西向之滑行道破壞之狀況最為嚴重。針對花蓮機場損壞情形,同時考量整修經費及可行性下,建議採全面鋪面打除重新置換方式進行修繕。
Recently, the need of the aviation conveyance increases while the loadings on airport spreads are getting heavier. However, it is impossible for the management to re-spread airports by closing thme. How to repair the damaged spreads effectively is the most important topic that the related management faces. This research studies the Hualien airport, the only one for both military and commercial uses. It conducts an detailed investigation on concrete pavement clefts by applying PCI(pavement condition index) as the measurement. The investigation covers seventeen areas and includes 368 sample units. Per the frequency of various-typed clefts and the distribution of block, this research apply the measurement to evaluate the current status of block structures. Therefore, it can realize the service level of each area and take as the follow-up references of repairing plans. The results show that the conditions of military reserved areas are better while there are lower usages and higher frequency of repairs. On the other hands, the rest areas, have great clefts because of high usages. Especially, the east-west-direction taxiway are at the worst situation. Aiming at the damaged Hualien airport, this research suggests the management to adopt the complete-removal and re-spreading method in terms of to the repairing budgets and feasibility.
