資訊科技的蓬勃發展,不僅衝擊了產業的對外競爭,對於產業內部的革命也有很大的影響。而企業內部人力的良窳是影響產業競爭力的因素之一,因此對於公司內部的人才培訓亦相當重要。但大多數的企業絕對會將大部分的資金放在企業核心技術的投資或是設備的購買,而忽略了人才的培育與養成。近年來,愈來愈多的企業已經體認到沒有良好人才如何造就良好企業的觀念,因此如何做好人才的教育訓練也漸漸成為企業發展的重點,但因人力成本的問題也讓企業造成額外的負擔。 從前便有學者將虛擬實境系統應用於教育訓練,但大多數的人對於虛擬實境仍有刻板印象,如設備昂貴或是要能全融入才叫虛擬實境,其實事實並非如此,即使是桌上型電腦也能建構出虛擬實境系統。因此,本研究以桌上型虛擬實境系統建構出教育訓練工具。但過去學者對於虛擬實境教育訓練方面的研究大多以硬體、虛擬實境系統架構為主,或是以虛擬實境硬體對於人因方面的影響,而對於虛擬實境中互動程度對於人員績效影響的研究則相對較少。因此,本研究將建構出兩套具有不同互動程度之虛擬實境人員訓練系統,以探討虛擬實境中互動程度對於人員績效的影響。 本研究的實驗結果顯示,互動程度對於人員記憶是有顯著的影響。而影響人員績效的因素取決於對記憶其訓練內容的程度,因此,互動程度高的虛擬實境系統將對於人員績效有正向的幫助。
The vigorous development of information technology impact on not only the external competitiveness but also the internal renovation of enterprises. The knowledge and skill of staff will be one of the factors that affect the enterprises competitiveness. Most enterprises always put money into their key technology and machines purchasing, and ignore the vocational training and acquiring. In recent years, more and more enterprises have realized that it’s not easy to ideate without excellent person, so that staff training gradually become the important point of enterprise development. Some scholars have used to develop virtual reality systems for education and training. Most of people think virtual reality means the “immersive virtual reality system”. In fact, desktop computer can also create the virtual reality system. Therefore, this research will use the desktop virtual reality system to construct education and training tools. In the past, most of scholars constructed their research based on the hardware, or the virtual reality-based system architecture. There are few researches is about the relation between the human performance and the degree of interaction of virtual reality system. Therefore, this research will establish two kind of virtual reality training systems to discuss the interaction of the impact of staff performance. The results of this research shows that there is a significant relation between systems interaction and human performance. Furthermore, system with a high degree interaction will be very helpful to human performance.
