摘 要 點膠為一般壓電元件製程後段極為重要之工作程序之一。本研究之目的係利用流體點膠技術訂定出壓電振動子上銀膠電極線寬之控制參數。研究中是以常用之銀膠為實驗材料,針對點膠機將銀膠擠出製作電極過程的問題因素進行深入探討,並選用田口法直交表,了解各種因子間的關係,建立點膠系統控制參數之最適化調校機制,進而解決參數調整不易的問題,以便增加點膠之可靠度。 經實驗結果,發現選用適當銀膠黏度、較高壓力、及工作平台的移動速度較快等參數,可以獲得較佳之銀膠電極品質特性。另亦設計時間-壓力型之三軸點膠機構,顯示其良好之點膠效果並能達成自動化點膠之目標。
Abstract Glue dispense is one of the important manufacturing process of producing piezoelectric ceramics. By using fluid dispensing process, suitable width of the glue onto the piezoelectric ceramic vibrator is defined. Silver glue is usually used, which is injected from the glue needle, and will be investigated with the cause and effect relationships by using Taguchi’s experimental method. Therefore, optimal parameters are found to improve the quality of gluing and enhance the reliability. From experiment, it concludes that appropriate viscosity and high injection pressure as well as fast gluing speed will achieve better quality characteristics of electrode. Also, an automatically-controlled 3DOF gluing dispenser platform is built for providing accurate time-pressure control purpose and verified its good operating performance.
