商進入中國大陸佈局策略與轉型升級關鍵成功因素研究

Study on Configurations Strategy of Taiwanese Enterprises in Mainland China with Key Success Factors of Transforming and Upgrading

摘要


全球經濟情勢走弱之外,中國大陸也在做整體經營體制的調整,並頒布多項法規來促使產業升級轉型,這對台商而言產生莫大的壓力。 本研究透過實際訪談中國大陸台商所面臨之轉型升級壓力與轉型升級策略選擇等相關議題,並整理成轉型升級個案。另外,透過實際發放問卷、郵寄與電子信件等方式,對中國大陸台商進行問卷施測,共計回收328份有效問卷。本研究試圖探討(1)台商在中國大陸所面臨的轉型升級壓力為何;(2)轉型升級策略的選擇是受哪些壓力影響;(3)為了成功執行轉型升級策略,應該掌握哪些關鍵因素;(4)企業執行轉型升級策略後,期望獲得的效益是什麼。最後,探討不同的佈局策略、地理區位、所屬群聚、產業類型、上市現況與經營規模在轉型升級壓力、轉型升級策略、關鍵成功因素與轉型升級效益上是否有顯著差異。 研究結論發現台商面臨轉型升級壓力中,影響程度排名第一的是「人民幣持續升值導致出口型企業利潤下滑」;轉型升級策略選擇中最為急迫的是「台商企業經營團隊的轉型」,如家族企業轉型為專業經理人制度;轉型升級過程中「高階主管的轉型決策」是最重要的關鍵成功因素;最後,「企業永續經營基業長青」是台商最期望獲得的轉型升級效益。另外,在Pearson相關分析的部分,關鍵成功因素與轉型升級效益相關程度為高度相關,表示若想要從轉型升級過程中獲得期望的效益,則是否掌握關鍵成功因素,是企業轉型升級成功與否的關鍵。

Apart from the declining global economy, China is now engaged in undertaking an adjustment for integrated operational system by enacting numerous regulations in order to upgrade the industrial transition – causing a tremendous impact upon those Taiwanese entrepreneurs. This study, through genuine interview concerned with major issues relevant to the pressure of transforming and upgrading and its option of strategy, has compiled a comprehensive, individual project specializing in transforming and upgrading. In addition to that, by virtue of distributing questionnaires, mails, and e-mails, we have conducted a full-scale questionnaire among those entrepreneurs operating their business in China, have received 328 returned efficient questionnaires. This research attempts to probe the following questions: 1. What kind of the pressure the Taiwanese entrepreneurs will encounter while facing the problem of transforming and upgrading in mainland China? 2. What kind of the pressures will affect the strategies of transforming and upgrading? 3. What needs to be done to locate the key factors that can determine the success of implementing a strategy for transforming and upgrading? 4. What is the anticipated benefit after the entrepreneurs have conducted the strategies of transforming and upgrading? Finally, this research will go on to explore whether there is a prominent variations on the issues of the pressure of transforming and upgrading, strategy of transforming and upgrading, crucial successful factors, and the efficiency of transforming and upgrading by probing different deployment strategies, geographical locations, relevant groups, modes of industries, the condition of launching into the market and its operating scale. There are five main results from this research. First, 「the revaluation of renminbi will in the long run reduce the profit of business」, which is most central to the Taiwanese entrepreneurs while facing the pressure of transforming and upgrading. Secondly, the most urgent strategies of transforming and upgrading is 「the transforming in the administrative team of Taiwanese entrepreneurs」, which can be referred to as the model that family business transforms into the institution of professional manager. Forth, the sustainable management is the most important expectation from the benefit of transforming and upgrading regarding the opinion of Taiwanese enterprises. Finally, This finding provides strong support that the 「key success factors」 has substantially influential effect upon 「the benefit of transforming and upgrading.」 It represents that the enterprises should be fully committed to control the key success factors provided they want acquire the expectant benefits.
