摘要

隨著全球經濟的快速發展，市場競爭越來越激烈，為了滿足市場上的需求，如何有效的控制存貨是重要的。但往往在二階供應鏈上，製造商與零售商都為了降低各自的成本，而忽略了對方的損失，因此在這全球競爭的時代，為了有效的降低供應鏈上成員的成本，逐漸被重視於供應鏈的整合。近年來，臺灣的經濟一直處於不穩定，快速的通貨膨脹，導致各項成本一直不斷的攀升，企業經營越來越困難，加上臺灣人口眾多，土地狹小，土地取得較不容易，因此如何有效的利用倉儲空間，改善存貨策略，成為各通路業者的一項重要的課題。
本論文主要探討單一損耗性商品於二階產銷供應鏈下，最佳的生產、配銷及儲存問題，此商品的損耗率服從指數分配，因為在有限的倉儲空間下，影響到存貨的總量，因此本研究考慮兩個倉庫的儲存問題，一個為自有倉庫（OW），有儲存空間的限制，另一個為租賃倉庫（RW），沒有儲存空間限制，且租賃倉庫為了吸引企業長期租賃，而推出優惠租賃制度；並在允許缺貨下，考慮零售商延遲付款，建構整合性的二階產銷供應鏈之存貨模式，並分別討論貨幣時間價值的影響。
最後，將分別推導出第三章及第四章的數學模式，並使用赫斯矩陣（Hessian matrix），來驗證其數學函數具有極小值，再使用MatLab的基因工具箱（GA tool）進行求解，利用Maple與Excel進行數值運算與繪製圖表，經由數值案例與敏感度分析，觀察各個參數的影響，並做出最後結論。

Market competition is becoming more intense in this rapid developing global economy. Effective inventory control can improve utility to satisfy market demand. In a two echelon supply chain, the manufacture and the retail usually try to reduce their cost, without considering the other party. In order to reduce supply chain cost, companies should collaborate with the other members in the supply chain. In recent years, Taiwan's economy is not stable, and inflation result is price increase, therefore effective use of warehouse space and improved stocking strategy become critical issues to be investigated.
In this research, deteriorating items under two level supply chain is investigated. Deterioration rate is assumed to be exponential distributed. A two warehouse inventory model with a delay in payment is developed. We consider shortage, time value of money and discounted cash flow in the problem analysis. The objective of this research paper is to develop an optimal collaborative economic lot size policy.
Finally, GA tool in the MatLab software is used to solve the problem. Maple and Excel software are used in the numerical analysis. A numerical example and sensitivity analysis are presented to illustrate the theory.
